DO NOT HIRE TO CATER!My son hired Monterrey to provide the catering services for his wedding. They set up the food and left, said the bartender, "Brian" would soon be there. The bartender never showed up. Which meant we had no ice, no tools, not even a corkscrew to open wine. To make matters worse, every time we called, the manager, Wilmer, he said his bartender was "on his way". "5 more minutes!" Why would a manager keep saying this for hours? Why would he lie to us? Why would someone disrespect theor customers by knowingly lying to them?We had wedding guests who stepped in. They ran to the store, got what was needed, and 2 guests had liquor licenses allowing them to serve the guests.So, if you want to be lied to, and service your OWN event, this is the place to hire.Shame on you, Monterrey, and shame on you Wilmer.
Empty 2 pm afternoon. Walked in, sat in booth near bar. Bartender working, 4 people sitting at bar. No one said a word to us, bartender looked our way, delivered food to customers at bar, kept on working, never acknowledged us.A woman near the door was wrapping silverware, said hello and goodbye, but never got up to take our order.Was obviously not welcome, got up and left. Won't be going back!!
OK, the tacos we got to go were terrible, packed on top of the beans, they were soft and seasonless. The Salsa didnt even have salt. The rice and beans taste like they come out of a pre packaged steam bag. Come on. I will go to Taco Bell next time.
Was there kind of late wanted a quick bit but good at the same time. They were getting ready to close when I got there but still got great fast service food was good and fair price
Kept telling me ten minutes, ten minutes, they should've said 30. Quit accepting take out orders and marking them as ready if they're not ready. It's unprofessional as hell as is touching your face and hair before touching food which I saw your staff do multiple times.
We absolutely love this place. I love that it's local, the staff are absolutely phenomenal, and the food is always good. Their margaritas are also amazing!
The waiter we had was amazing. He was polite, quick with taking the order, and had our refills when needed. He also served us with a smile and had plenty of chips and salsa for our table of 5. The salsa had just the right spicy kick we all were looking for. The food was amazing and hot when it was brought to our table. My family and I always have a great experience here. It's our new favorite restaurant compared to hacienda!! This place will always have a returning customer with me!
Was disappointed .. No one to seat us when we got there. The waitress made me feel like I was a bother. When she got back to us she threw the menus on the table and said she would be back. Decided then I would come back even though the food was good. Such a shame

Pretty good. Nobody in our family get together complained. Large portions- well measured for the # of people we had. Their salsa is quite good. Pico could be better, but I’m very picky! ?
