The french fries are never consistent. They were undercooked and pale on my visit. Every once in a while, they have been cooked golden like fries usually are. But more often then not, they are not fried well. I suspect the fries had been sitting for a while. The manager should make sure everything going out is exceptional. The location on Portage always make great fries on every visit, but I'm closer to Grape Rd.
For the third time in less than two weeks, my order was incorrect. I paid for a Sausage Egg McMuffin but received a Sausage McMuffin. Also, the breakfast burritos were very cold. So basically I paid $10 for a drink and hash brown. The other two times, I received the incorrect items as well. This location is terrible. Their employees clearly don’t pay attention so if you go, I highly recommend checking every item before leaving.
Don’t ever eat here! Waste your money on other places that are around in the area. Go literally anywhere else. The person who run/owns this store is a failure of a manager.
Every time we try ordering a online order there seems to be an issue at the store. After the store manager said that it hasn’t come thru she wouldn’t give me the corporate number or her name. Very disappointing by her actions as she didn’t even look with the code that we were given online.
Lobby still isn't open. Asked for ketchup and a few more napkins the girl was rude and didn't give me the ketchup or napkins at all. No straws either. Parked my car went inside asked for ketchup and napkins for 3 people she gave me 2 ketchups and 1 napkin and was very rude because I had to go in and still wouldn't give me straws.Bunch of young kids laughing, joking and not wanting to work.I spent 30 bucks there.Will never return.If I could give a negative 5 star review I would.
Probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever went to in my life. Who ever the manager is working this morning of March 20th was by far the rudest manager I have ever encountered. The girl that took our order misunderstood our order. She missed one of our hash browns on our order and I asked for another one willing to pay and she told me to go all the around the drive through for one hash brown. On the way to work I did not have time to go all the way back around the drive thru. She was just being plain lazy and rude. She walked away before I even finished my sentence. I mean I know it’s only McDonald’s, but when I was working at McDonald’s at the age of 16 customer service was the most important objective. Obviously not the objective for this McDonald’s.
Fast and friendly. It's just too bad McDonald's doesn't do curbside during the morning. But, I get that it's probably about staffing and logistics. But I love being able to pull up, park and order and someone brings out my food. During Covid it was a blessing. Knock on wood things are looking up. Still, great feature.
I ordered on the app for curbside pick up and as there was only 2 curbside pick up spots I could see one was being used the other was filled with snow so they come out and leave before I could tell them it's my order so I go through the drive through to get it they don't give me a receipt and I get my food about half my order is missing and because I didn't get a receipt nor could we figure out how to get what I just ordered back on screen on the mobile app they said they couldn't do anything about it so I ask if they can go back in the system to get my receipt which I have had done before at different locations but they said they couldn't so I spent $20 and got only about $14 worth of the food.
