My boyfriend and I have had multiple problems with them. They’ve always given us cold food and the food made wrong. And every time I call and say something they always tell me they can’t do anything. Today I called 10 times before they blocked my number. I wanted plan nuggets and they gave me spicy. And they gave my Boyfriend cold soggy fries.
Their ice cream machine worked the last time I went! But I also got some French fries and chicken nuggets. They didn't give me the ranch I asked for. The chicken nuggets were pretty good but their French fries were just flavorless and soggy. No point in eating them if they aren't at least a little crunchy...
I ordered a Big Mac, which I hadn't had for a while. I opened the box and it looked like it was assembled by someone who's gone insane. Sauce was smeared inside, with scattered lettuce, patties slid all over etc. I won't go back to this location ever.
the last 2 times i’ve came here they have gotten my order wrong and then still got my order wrong after i gave them my receipt thinking it’d be easier for them to re-read. either everyone is new or no one knows how to do their job
This location always has prompt service and the food is always fresh and delicious. French fries are always hot and staff are always friendly.
Great little restaurant. They have a sandwich called the Big Mac that is unique. I can see this catching on, they should consider making a chain and franchising some day.
Closed for walk ins, walked about a mile for food and can't even order it since I walked. Thank you, now my heart rate is through the roof my wife is going to kill me
As a DoorDasher, this place was the worst: either half the machines you need for your order are broke or the machine that gives them the DoorDash order isn't working properly.As a regular customer it's ok. But I'd definitely avoid as a Dasher.
Loved this place into I found a string in my food?. Never eating here. Absolutely unacceptable and very nasty. I've seen mistakes before but never one like this. ?
Went there to order just getting off work website said it closes at 11pm so I get there it's 10pm I'm in drive thru 4minutes waiting to order no response at order window so I drove around and the person taking orders was on her phone and I called the store and the phone was busy...and it was 2 other cars in drive up lane
