This McDonald's used to be the best one in town. Everytime I order it gets screwed up. This is the worst restaurant in south bend, mishawaka, elkhart area. Avoid eating here if I was you. Hopefully the Wendy's being built next door is good because Wendy's will get my business over this McDonald's.
me and my sister went there at 9:30. we ordered two chicken nuggets with a small fries for $3, two big macs and a chicken sandwich. it’s now 10:30 we pull off to realize we are missing the nuggets so we pull back in and i call them and tell them what had happened. five minutes go by and no one came out to give us our nuggets i call two more times and they told me our nuggets were just sitting in counter. a lady with blonde hair came out to give us our food and the whole staff was just watching as if it was a funny situation… i’m not the type to get mad at a fast food worker for making mistakes but 10 mins for two six piece nuggets ? absolutely do not recommend this location i would rather drive a couple more mins to a different location
If it wasn't for my son constantly asking me for a Happy meal I wouldn't even go to McDonald's anymore. McDonald's is completely overpriced for the lousy food that you receive. Most of the time the fries are too old and gross. The hamburgers have definitely gone downhill. And you can't even get two decent meals under $10.
Best McDonalds I've been to in a very long time. The best part is it's consistently really good! Speed is phenomenal (even during breakfast and lunch rush). Every staff member I have spoken too has been super friendly. Food is always actually hot.
Got breakfast thru the drive thru as I was leaving town on a trip. Got to the bypass and started to eat my sausage McMuffin. The sausage was very bad. Tasted like mold. Probably will not stop at that one again.
I put in a grubhub order 2 hours ago and habe had 3 drivers who attempted to pick up my order. After chatting with grubhub (no help) I called the restaurant. The person who answered lied and said that the driver(s) never came which is a lie because I spoke with two of them who siad the line was too long and not moving. So, I asked the person to redo my whole order because it sat there for 2 hours. She argued that it's still fresh (lie) and when I asked her again to check the quality... she hung up on me. When I called back i just got a busy signal. They will be stopping delivery orders in 30 minutes and I still haven't received my order! Ugh!!! Just ratchet!
They replaced my daughter's meal on her birthday because she had got sick from a hot fry to fast they we so kind about it and made sure she was one happy little girl
Go out of there way to get quarter pounder orders wrong every single time. Sick of them screwing it up. 2 in a row during visits that are months apart…. Really. Team is just being jerks as the sticker on the outside was labeled correctly on both occasions. Check your orders before you leave. Made sure they gave me extra onions on the last one. Hence the review in this case.
They messed up our order completely and when we were at the drive through saying hey we ordered 4 meals we only have 3 meals and 4 drinks. The girl with the colorful hair in the drive through just looked at us and didn't even respond. We said multiple timrs we don't have all of our food and she continued to stare at us like she didn't understand what we were saying. My husband asked if she could help us and she just continued to stare at us. Then he asked if we needed to come in and she finally responded with yes.
I’m from out of town visiting family and I looked online before going to the McDonalds location and it said they closed at 11p.m. This location closed a whole hour early and had a full staff. One of the younger girls with long lashes and blonde hair was extremely rude.
