We went with a large group-12ish people and once we got in we had excellent service. Our waiter was very personable and made sure we all had everything we needed. He checked in with us frequently and even was in good spirits although the kitchen equipment was giving the staff fits and no ice. He provided us a great dining experience and the food was delicious as well. I would absolutely go back. :)
This is one of my favorite places to eat! The people are friendly ☺️The atmosphere is quite relaxing and the food well it just speaks for itself!It's kid friendly and I just love the experience every time I go! My son loves the Outlaw Ribeyes the best and I have to agree it's very tender and juicy! Highly recommended!
Me and wife went there yesterday. I'm not one to complain as I understand the service industry is rough. We placed a appetizer order and main order still and got bread. Still no drinks. Then appetizer comes still no drink. Wife tells person who brought appetizer who was not our waiter. We'd like to know where our drinks are. She says let me find out another 5 minutes go finally drinks come simple iced tea. Had to wait 20 minutes plus for drinks. Won't be going here again and the Texas flower is also very salty as well. I still left a decent tip. The point is everyone wants more money and better tips then do your job to best of ability. By the way. Texas Roadhouse and Texas Corral outdoes this place by far
The service was excellent and all of our dishes were prepared well. The only thing is my Ribeye was tough. I had to slice it very thin and even then chewing was work. We'll go back but I wonder what grade of beef they served.
This location is amazing! We usually come out on the occassional Friday night when they are insanely busy, and the wait time is up to an hour - but it's SO worth the wait! Despite the insanity, the staff are always attentive and offer fantastic service. The food always comes out hot and delicious. The long pour margaritas are fire. Very happy with this place!!
Hubby and I were beyond impressed with our whole experience. Our waitress was a great server, sweet personality, quick worker, etc. Our food was delicious! I took home leftovers because the servings were too big to eat in one sitting. Nice! We tipped our awesome waitress a$32.00 tip which surprised and excited her. We were happy to make her day! We'll be back!!
Average steakhouse. Definitely recommend joining the wait-list if you plan to go during busy times. Our waiter was great though.
Food was okay. I waited approximately 25 minutes after checking in for curbside before I got food. My steak was cold and had to be reheated in the microwave. For the price I paid it was rather disappointing. But the staff was pleasant.
My wife and I arrived for dinner around 4:15 and we were told it's a 40 minute wait. We could see other diners waiting for their turn to be seated. My wife asked about bar seating (hint hint) and they had a "high-top" table available and offered it to us. We accepted.The service was fantastic; our server was Liz and she was very helpful and funny. 100% customer satisfaction.My wife's grilled shrimp with a bed of rice was, in her words, "absolute perfection". I had the 12 oz filet done medium rare and you could almost cut it with a fork. I honestly did try.The sides were very good and ample. The tall beers slacked our thirst exceptionally well (Sam Adams Octoberfest) with one tall glass and one follow up regular sized glass. Tasty.This was our first time here and everything was great. We have added it to our mental "preferred dining experience" list. 10/10 stars.
This is a somewhat difficult review. The food was great and the service was great. But.... It was delivered way too fast. I know.... Right? We received our appetizer and salad at the same time. Not even 5 minutes later comes our entrees. I was still eating my salad. We brought almost our entire appetizer home with us.. Were they just trying to push people through or??????
