Placed an order for mobile pickup. 4 steaks, 8 sides, extra rolls. Had multiple missing items. When we called to see what happened, they said they were busy and out of multiple things. Sadly, that’s not exactly a good excuse to just not include stuff they’re missing thinking we just wouldn’t notice? Wasn’t just one or two missing items, so there’s no excuse. Honestly, not the first time we have been super disappointed with this location and sadly this was the last straw. Just not worth the money and waste of time. But thank you for lighting the fire of cooking our own steaks from now on! Required managers approval for an obvious refund, but thanks for the $7 that doesn’t make sense at all for everything we were missing. But they were too busy to dig any deeper. Happy Father’s Day.Update: manager reached out to me and said they were never told about this issue. So it was a hostess issue. She took care of it. Didn’t fix a Father’s Day meal, but at least they tried to help after the fact. Changing from 1 star to 3.
Terrible...ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Although I still tipped the waiter 15%...the food was not his problem but anyone should've known better than to bring us these 4x Burnt Undercooked Chicken Tenders (pics attached). Manager took off the 3 meals but it was too late. APPETITE RUINEDUpdate: I forgot to mention...we all ordered the same meal and all 3 meals were burnt, undercooked and non-edible!!
We stopped in for a casual date night and found out they removed my favorite dish the "Kickin-Chicken" salad. We asked our server about it and she went to get the GM. Angela knew about that salad and went back to the kitchen to recreate it for us. WOW! It was fantastic. Angela (the GM) went above and beyond to serve us. Highly recommend this location for a night out.

My mom got a hamburger and ordered it medium and it was well done; it would have been ok, but the sandwich didn't have what was asked for in it. My steak was ordered medium and it came out rare (as the photo shows). Fortunately, I like rare, it was hot or it would have been sent back. The potato was over baked. The waitress was nice; but didn't keep our coffee filled. Oh, the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty and no toilet paper.
Really good steak for a very affordable price. The bread is amazing and very fresh. Overall great experience.
Some of the food was cold. Our ribs were dry. Waitress could've done a better job of checking back in. I understand bout being short staffed. But even after her asking us if we needed or wanted anything else it took her forever to bri g stuff to us.

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at Logan's and they did an awesome job on everything! They were the only ones that we contacted that were willing to accommodate our large group of 30+ people. The food was awesome and the service was too! Thanks to Logan's Roadhouse for everything!
