This place is not good it stinks and the people are rude and they did not let us order inside even though we have a big truck it did not fit on the drive-thru

The meal was good. I do not like that they've started putting the gravy on the potatoes.
This place is awful. It shouldn't even be allowed to be open for business. The workers are sweating in the food b/c there is no air conditioning. It gets up to 98 degrees in the building and they force the employees to work in those conditions. When my daughter who worked there told the manager she was going to pass out he told her to just deal with it. They also had my daughter working off the clock as a minor because they would of went over her hours as a minor. Definitely calling labor office and health department
This place is absolutely terrible. There is no air conditioning in the building therefor workers are sweating in the food. my daughter worked there since March and witnessed first hand the things the emoyees do to the food. She tried telling the store manager Allen and he blows her off. He also had her working there as a minor not paying her . I will be calling health department and labor.
The Staff went above and beyond to make sure I had the worst experience possible. I ordered a six piece chicken tender and fries and what do they give me. a bucket of chicken wings mashed potatoes and coleslaw. when we told the lady at the window that this wasn't our order she refused to fix it or refund us.
The customer service was fantastic and the food was great fresh and hot and wait time was good too
Drove 30 mins away on my break for some good old KFC just to be given cold chicken & when i asked the young lady for hot sauce & honey instead of saying WITH WORDS that she had already put it in the bag, she just smiled & moored which i took as sarcastic…. Just to get down the road & realize she only gave me hot sauce & no honey. Won’t be back to this location. MAC & CHEESE WAS DISGUSTING My experience was in the drive thru on 8/20 @1:40pm
I was in line to order at the drive through for approximately 20 minutes and they were NOT busy. While I was waiting, I never got acknowledged. The total time I was on property was about 30 minutes! This is very unacceptable. It was at the store on LWW in Mishawaka.
Half the time the foods good half the time not its always a hit and miss and the people are rude SMH
