Price is up, quality is Down!! Just like every other fast food restaurant. Very sad the quality people accept these days
Check your bags people. Guy at the window was rude, didn't give me a receipt. Ordered 2 meals with drinks and he only gave me one. When I got my food something told me to pull over and check the bag. Glad I did because half the food was missing. When I went in it was sitting on the counter ????
First they don't give me both of my drinks then they tell me to pull forward because they're waiting on chicken didn't have my order right then get home don't have all my food called the restaurant twice nobody picks up
Horrible experience! Cashier spilled soda all over my arm, watch and car while handing my drink to me. She didn't apologize and actually had the nerve to tell me that I was rude for asking her to wipe off the cup after she tried to hand it back to me with soda all over the side.
Three times in a row that they can’t get our order right. Every time some thing is missing or just completely wrong order…… super upsetting and annoying
Lobby not open ..... can't eat chicken in the car easy so went to Popeyes instead.
We had given up on KFC for years after a few bad experiences, but I can happily say we had wonderful customer service and our food was delicious.
They weren't very busy, so we got our order fairly quick and great customer service. It's not something we get very often.
The chicken tonight was either fried in burnt oil, or it was fried up ahead of time and then dropped in again to reheat it when we ordered. The skin was burnt and the white meat was NOT white. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s not worth $40 for burnt, dry chicken.
The order was correct, hot and served out the window politely.
