Rude people on the phone when placing order…. Seemed as though I was bothering him. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. Never had such a flat sandwich from jimmy johns but I guess there is a first for everything. Do not plan on coming back any time soon. I will go to subway or penn station before I go back here. Worst $13 I have spent in awhile
Submitted an order waited 45 mins I called them they said they didn’t have a delivery driver never and I received a call or they could have just canceled the order so I can go get food somewhere else I go in to get my sandwich and they charged me a second time cuz they couldn’t push my original order through and as of almost two hours from the order time it still states order received
Not friendly. The only one that seemed to have a clue was apparently the manager. I'll go to subway.

I placed a delivery order at 11:50am and it did not arrive until 1:25pm on 4-13-22. The delivery times at this location get worse every time I place an order. If you can't deliver freaky fast like you advertise, then maybe you should stop delivering all together. Terrible service and am going to try my hardest not to order from here again.
Had to cancel my order because they were not freaky fast at all! Got the alert that my order was on the way and 20mins later my food was still not delivered. My lunch was almost over had 10mins left on it when I had to call and cancel. And Jimmy John's is barely 5mins away from my job.
The staff has always been friendly to me and sandwiches made quickly
I ordered delivery it was delivered to the wrong house the reorder was brought with no turkey on one side of sandwich and one slice of turkey on the other side. Next time I paid extra for a large drink and got a regular size delivered. Today 11-17 I didn’t receive my drink
