If i could give 0 stars i would.After a long day of travel, the hotel i booked in Mishawaka (Baymont) recommended you as you deliver to the room.I began calling around 835 to 840 and kept calling, phone rings and rings.Then your website says you close at 9.When you close at 9 you close at 9.Very disappointing
Jet’s is a solid 4 stars like most reviewers are giving them. I will take Jet’s over Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, Little Ceasers, Dominos, or anything of the like tho. I prefer real, authentic pizzas, but for something quick and affordable this place is definitely good.
Disgusting horribly awful. Pizza was bland no cheese cauliflower crust taste like wet bread chicken boneless was squirted with cayenne pepper sauce and called Buffalo

I am not really a pizza fan but I have to tell you that this Detroit style pizza was amazing I asked for extra cheese and boy did I get it eight piece pizza and very filling definitely worth a stop
Really disappointed in how this store’s service and quality has declined over the years. I’m a long time delivery and pickup customer, and while I was in undergrad I was also a delivery employee at this location. So I’m quite familiar with the delivery routes. I placed my order through text this evening, and an hour later received a call an HOUR after my order was placed from Jessica the “manager”, stating that they don’t deliver to my address, and I questioned her as they have delivered to my home as recently as the 2/5/2022, and she stated nothing has changed but a manager must always bypass it. I work in AI so I’m familiar with how these systems work and I sincerely doubt the text-to-order system just has a manager sitting around to “override” text orders for this store. Her response was she that only had one driver. I was told I was not allowed to order by Jessica ever again, which is fine as this store is likely to close in the future anyway when they can’t staff more than single driver on a Saturday night, they won’t be able to keep business. They should probably replace their in-store management asap.
We ordered the $24.99 Special (1 Topping, Detroit Style, Three Cheese Bread, Buffalo Wings, and a 2 Liter) and let me state this is a TREMENDOUS deal!!! Our food was delivered ahead of schedule and the driver was courteous and overall just really nice. I haven't tried every pizza place in SB, but this place has earned the Title of BEST so far!!! I HIGHLY recommend everyone give this place a shot! Oh yeah, the wings were better than Buffalo Wild Wings, or WingStop! I would have posted a picture, but it smelled so good we ate it before I even had a chance! ?

Ordered for the first time a Detroit style 8 corner turbo crust pizza and it was delish!
ordered my pizza the same way I had before but this time it came with red sauce instead of ranch. got my refund tried to order it again came back wrong again actually drove to the store yo speak directly to the manager. the manager said that i had ordered wrong and that i needed to select a no sauce buttom (which wasnt an option in the app) i showed him that there wasnt that option then he told me i needed to call in the pizza next time if i wanted tit made right...um then whats the point of ordeing online?
