I would give no stars if I could. We specifically came here with our kids since they eat free until 10pm. I called ahead of time, 20 minutes prior, and asked if they still offer this promotion. They said yes. When we got there and ordered my daughter selected something on the bottom of the menu. It wasn’t until after we ate and started to pay that we realized they charged us anyway for our two kids meals. We were told by the waitress that what they ordered is not included in the promo. You would think they would have told us that before. Just for reference there wasn’t anyone else in there so it wasn’t like she was too busy. Anyway I’m not returning. The time before this we sat down and didn’t get offered a glass of water or menu for over 10 minutes so we left. Terrible customer service all around and we used to like this location years ago.

We had a great experience today with the exception of them not being accommodating to a patron with a service dog. I don't know the while story but they tried to sit her way off in a corner and I over heard one waitress saying "she shouldn't be sitting in here" and the patron ended up leaving in the end without food or service. Dog was leashed, collared, vested, and badged.

Three stars. I came for pancakes but didn't realize that this location is transitioning to an easy listening supper club. The 90's era elevator music was turned up to 11 and the wait staff assured us that the GM for this location feels strongly that having the music so loud you can't hear anyone at your table helps build pancake mindfulness. Turn down the music, for the love of breakfast.

Do not waste your time! Terrible customer service..There was a wait to be seated sign and after 10 minutes of nobody greeting us we had enough. Mind you there was only a few families inside. While standing there waiting we noticed how filthy the establishment was: dirty doors, floors, and seats. I do not recommend.

We used to come here a lot but haven’t in a few years. When we walked in today at 10am the doors were so filthy we questioned if we should stay. Then they proceeded to sit us kind of by the restrooms and I had to ask to be moved because they smelled so bad I wasn’t going to be able to stomach my food. We moved to the other side of the room and it still smelled faintly of a portajohn. If it’s that bad out front it makes you wonder about the back. The food was bad. My husband wouldn’t eat hardly any of the meat or eggs. And somehow we got charged $78 for four simple meals. Husband was in such a hurry to leave and go somewhere else we just paid it and ran out. I’ve worked as a server for years and this is unacceptable standards for a restaurant let alone a franchised one. Never saw a manager once.Will never go back.

JR is a very impressive manager. He goes the distance to make you feel comfortable and welcome to the restaurant. Kitchen staff gets food prepared in a timely manner and the food is awesome! I primarily give JR the 5 star, he's a definite asset!!!!

It's wonderful to experience a restaurant that is working at 24 hours per day again. This particular night the staff was short handed both the cook and wait staff.Keep in mind that staff are people too. They work hard and should always be told and shown appreciation for it.

My boyfriend and I went to eat here instead of the usual place we go to. We were very impressed with the service the food was exceptional. Junior was an awesome manager, very polite. Over all everything was wonderful, we are definitely going to go here from now on. We would recommend IHOP on Main St in Mishawaka to everyone!

Anything from here waiting 20 minutes to even be seen by a worker. And the. Seated waited for half hour hot chocolate and coffee that came out cold. Only to have every single order that was placed incorrect. And whatever did come out was cold. Only then to have the police show up saying we had to go for complaint and waiting for our orders to be correct screw your ihop. Never again will I come to any one of your locations.

The last few times I have been there, the service has really gone downhill. The waitress never came back after she dropped off the food. Never asked if I wanted refill on my coffee. I paid $3 for one cup of coffee! I wanted a refill, but never saw the waitress. There was another couple that he had to actually get up and walk over to his waitress. I dont think I will be going back there again.
