It has been several years since we've had Fazoli's... and now we remember why. They just aren't like they used to be. Sure, it's fast food. But, we used to drive out of our way just for those ooey-gooey, hot and fresh, buttery, garlicky breadsticks. What we got this time were dry, kind of hard, luke warm breadsticks that had been soaked in garlic butter to try and revive them. Very disappointing. The pastas that we had were okay... nothing special (ravioli for me and alfredo for my husband). Thank goodness we just shared one of the lunch meals and didn't spend a ton of money on the meal. The atmosphere was kind of old and dreary - like nothing has been updated (or kept up) since they opened. We remember when they opened this location many years ago. It was standing room only - we had to wait for a seat - every single time we went there. Nowadays, it seems like they're just existing. Our next trip back to South Bend/Mishawaka likely won't include a stop there.

Was not up to past experiences. Had to ask for breadsticks and the samples were all run together and terribly salty.

Haven't been in 11 yrs and it was pretty good. Just had a super long wait

Wife ordered me chicken Alfredo, NOODLES were half cooked. Bread sticks were SOAKED in butter! Never should a bread stick sway like a spaghetti noodle! My mouth is disgusted by the amount of butter. I called and talked to I believe his name was Casey and he proceeded to tell me they always do their bread sticks the same way. NEVER ONCE offered to replace my food if I could give less than 1 star I would. Unacceptable.

Love Fazolis! Let me start by saying that. But we ordered boneless chicken wings and they were small golf ball size chicken nuggets that cost a 1.00 each. Certainly not a good deal. They were hard as a rock and cold. We ordered parmesan garlic sauce figuring it would be on the side. It was poured over it and just looking at it almost made me puke. My husband who lives chicken took a bite and couldn't chew it. He took them back in and they gave him some straight from the fryer. And poured that gross sauce over them . So not a location problem, a company problem, because they tried. Spaghetti and bread sticks were great.

It's a nice place to go. I love their breadsticks here.

Clean. Cheap. Good as always. More bread sticks, please!

The food was good and the service was so nice. I want to thank the sweet little lady Rose who came over to us to make sure we were all good.

it's been a while sents I have been there

Ordered 2 bakes and 1 flatbread--took it to go 2 miles away--breadsticks were already cold--Hardly any sauce on the spagetti--naked and dry--and the worst thing--costs $28 for this horrible experience--Ridiculously overpriced! I would not paying premium prices for really good food--This was not!
