Lady changed her tone when we started ordering food. Said it would be 10 minutes. We said that's fine. Named off the donuts we wanted. She rudely asked how many are you getting? We said 5. She's like ok pull up in a grumpy tone of voice.

I walked into this establishment to order because the line was so long and I had to get to work. I was greeted by staff as I walked in. Literally moments later a staff member starts yelling at her staff for items. Yelling to the point I could not hear what the cashier was asking me. I SPOKE up because you could totally feel the tension in that establishment. I said "Why is she being so loud?" She gave me this look as to intimidate me. Then she lowered her voice. The way she was talking to her staff is truly UNACCEPATBLE! It sounded like a mother scolding her children. It is bad enough that America is struggling to keep these establishments staffed. Whoever that woman is needs to attend a class in management skills. I felt so bad for every single person in that place. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I have experienced this woman's attitude but today was the worst I had seen. Someone please get her out of there. That staff deserves better leadership!

If I can't dine in . They won't get my business. Period ... pay some help. Open your dining room . Covid restrictions are over ....

Order was incorrect and overcooked.

Horrible only take mobile orders online and don’t tell you until you waste ten minutes standing in the lobby. Wait in the drive thru over 1/2 hour only to find out they are out of everything. Also got iced tea which clearly tasted as it had gone bad

The employees that work here take no pride in their job. There is no consistency with their coffee. Either it's good or terrible. I'm tired of calling and complaining. Also, employees are rude in the drive thru.

Coffee tastes good. Customer service lacks everything, nearly every time. There are a FEW good workers, though, and I’m thankful for their work.

The sign saying the dining room is closed is so small that you can't actually see it without parking and getting out of your car; not much fun with kids in tow. Then it took over half an hour just to get through the drive thru line, and then when I got up to the window, she only gave me half my donuts (two half-dozen boxes instead of two dozens). I had to explain exactly why this was the wrong number, and then wait another five minutes for the rest of them. I know everyone's short-handed these days, and I don't mine being patient, but it just didn't seem like anyone cared at all. I'll be avoiding this store unless there's a change in management.

Our coffee was fantastic. However all of our food was not good at all. The bacon wasnt cooked and was really sweet. The sandwiches have a smell to them that isnt right. The tater tots arent cooked all the way and it tastes like they need to change their fryer oil if thats what they use. Just dissapointed i guess because the coffee is so good.

Super slow, ordered doughnuts a sandwich and a drink for two people took almost 20 min. I understand they are short staffed. However, I was the only person in line.
