I grew up on this dairy queen when I was a kid two blocks up the street when all it had was two walk up windows not even a drive thru that didn't come until the 80s I was an original customer for a blizzard the first day they sold blizzards, the only food you could buy there was a hot dog , Mr Misty, Dilly bars soft serve ice cream dipped was the deal and I loved it I was a regular but now dairy Queen in general has become extremely overpriced and like a lot of fast food places these days extremely rude youngsters working there that don't care about how you get your food or what you order i paid them $30 for two cheeseburgers two fries ,one sundae, two drinks,it was terrible no ketchup does not mean drown it in mustard it was so small the meal I could ate both of them it cost $30 I just don't know if I can make it back there ever again and I wouldn't recommend it what happened to your mushroom and Swiss burger man you guys took off the menu years ago that was actually good now your portions and everything are so small and your prices are so high and your teenagers are so rude extremely disappointing

Went on Friday and ordered and prepaid for two birthday cakes. Came to pick them up on Sunday and my order was never made. They gave me two completely different cakes than what I ordered. Completely disappointed.

Stopped in to get a couple Blizzards. Service was quick and accurate. Friendly staff. No issues. I know Dairy Queen is the only place to get Blizzards, but they were as good as ever!!Will always go back for a tasty treat.

Just got 2 chili cheese hotdogs and this is what I got!! They aren’t even edible!! How would someone think this is even ok to serve???

Just went to this dairy queen to get a banana split which is almost 7$ I asked for chocolate instead of pineapple, was given pineapple anyway, was given a FORK to eat a banana split and the whole banana split was melted and I don't get HOW when it was JUST made. I'm talking right when they handed it to me. And they overfilled it with ice cream and it spilled everywhere. I am never going here again and I will be calling corporate about this. I'm not one to complain about food much but this is absolutely unacceptable! Then I ask for nut topping to at least make it a lil better and they tried to charge me 1.50$. RIDICULOUS. If I could give zero stars I would!

Absolutely terrible service every single time. They’re slow and not the least bit friendly. Last night, I had an experience that has turned me off of this location for good.My boyfriend and I went in to order dine-in ice cream. No one greeted us. When someone did wander over to the register to take our order, she was not personable whatsoever. Which, all in all, not the end of the world - it’s a Dairy Queen, I don’t except 5-star service. But someone at least saying “hi” would be nice.We ordered and sat down to wait for our ice cream. My boyfriend got his sundae, and I was told my cone would be right out. We waited… and waited. My boyfriend finished his sundae. I went to the counter to ask where my ice cream was. I was told it would be just a few more minutes, the soft serve was still too soft, or something like that. The girl was not the least bit apologetic, and was almost snickering.I sit back down to continue waiting. Another five minutes or so goes by, and a different employee comes over to say they can’t make my cone, the vanilla is still too soft. He did offer an upgrade to a large chocolate cone, but I declined. I said I didn’t want anything else. The offer to upgrade was appreciated, but when I declined we were not offered a refund or an apology. The upgrade offer is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. It’s not their fault I didn’t want the upgrade they could offer me. But if they were having problems with their vanilla soft serve, I should have been told that when I ordered. On top of that, again, the service was awful, the employees clearly do not care about their jobs. Overall an absolutely awful location. We will not be returning.

Came in for a quick ice cream. Decided to sit outside since the weather was nice. We have been sitting here for 25 minutes. My wife decided to go in to see if our order was ready. She was told that they put our ice cream in the freezer because they were too busy to bring it out. Seriously!? Sorry if we were such an inconvenience to the people working here. Poor poor customer service!

This was the worst experience in a fast food ever!!! Ordered a hamburger. Saw they have lettuce and said I’ll have lettuce too. The young man said that I’ll be a $1.00 extra. I told him to forget it then. In the mean tim he and the other person behind the counter are messing around. Telling jokes while waiting on me the the lady behind me. It was so much the the young man had trouble taking her order and counting back her change. While waiting I looked at my order. He had charged me for the lettuce. To get his attention (he was talking to the other person behind the counter) I waved my arms. He just looked at me. I said that I was the customer and showed him that he charged me for the lettuce. He said he didn’t understand. Then the other person stated saying I was rude and giving me a hard time. Continued saying how rude I was. I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager. And kept telling me how rude I was. I got make at the way she was treating me and not acting like a manager at all and raised my voice and said she wasn’t manager material. I went to her level. I just wanted my sandwich. She would not stop berating me. I took my money back and left without the sandwich. Be ware. And go at your own risk. I sure won’t be going back to that Dairy Queen!!! I know times are tough but to put someone like that in manager position they must be desperate.

I like it because you can still eat outside. Due to the covid situation, I appreciate that they have outdoor dining.. This is one thing that most restaurants used to do and and should reinstall.. So kudos to Dairy Queen and a few others I will not name... But y'all would have a lot more service if you would put back in outdoor dining..

This location is by far the worst. My last visit I order a blizzard that came out the exact opposite of what I wanted. Then when asking if it could be corrected I received attitude and "Well you ate half of it" I ended up leaving without even finishing more then a 4th of my blizzard. Not to mention if you as an employee can't wear your uniform correctly or even in a presentable manor I know my food and service are going to be as unprofessional. I would say go to a different DQ if you want a problem free experience
