As a typical Midwesterner I have a strong affinity for Culvers. That said, their quality has gone down in most locations compared to the early 2000's. That's what happens when you expand. But not here. Oh man, not here. This was CLASSIC Culver's. It brought me right back to my high school days. The most notable difference with this Culver's compared to the previous 5-7 I've visited throughout the country was the quality of the buns. Many other locations had stale buns that were lukewarm at best. These were f"cking FRESH.Also, the service here was impeccable. They were conscientious of my wife's allergy and were all around friendly.Strongly recommend. Also, the building itself was gorgeous. Great layout and brick foundation. The interior was spotless.I'd argue this is honestly the top Culver's in the country. Look at my top photos in Google - I've visited plenty over the years.Keep up the great work gang. Management, pay your employees well - they're making you that $$$
We are visitors in the area from our state of Connecticut.During our visit we wanted to go to a place that was still open after 9 p.m. but not eating garbage food that we would regret later. I must say for a take out/dine in restaurant I was very pleasantly impressed with the quality of food received. ?We ordered the fish dinner and a fish sandwich. I immediately was amazed by the fact that they did not use a ton of salt like most other fast food chains in the area. This is perfect for people like me who are trying to keep their blood pressure under control but like to eat good.I know it taxes the workers but I truly appreciate that they were one of the few places open until midnight.I truly wish we had a Culver's in our state of Connecticut as our only options after 9 p.m. or Wendy's or McDonalds. Can you guys please consider possibly opening up a chain in our state? You will have a customer for life if you do?
Culver’s is our favorite place for Frozen Custards, chicken sandwiches, butter burgers, and quality food! Better than just a fast food restaurant and family friendly! We live an hour away and come here way too much to admit ?
Amazing food and service!! I got a butter burger and fries as well as a turtle sundae and they were amazing. Blaise took my order and he was very sweet! Super friendly, made me feel welcome and was very attentive to my order. 10/10 will be coming here again!
I attended a fundraiser at this location this evening and was very impressed by the staff. Every employee that I interacted with was so kind an helpful. After volunteering for the fundraiser, I ordered food to take home and everything was delicious, from the burgers to the dessert! I will be happy to visit this location again.
So as a veteran, I can drive to Culver’s in Granger, IN (6.8 miles from my home), and get a 5% military discount, or I can drive 13 miles to the Culver’s on south Main Street, South Bend. IN. and get a 25% discount? So it is apparent to me that some business owners could care less about those who fought and died to defend the rights and freedoms that allow them to operate in a free democratic society.I gave 2 stars because the food is great. Fortunately that is true for all the Culver’s locations I have dined at. So I will gladly drive an another 6 miles to save an additional 20% on my meal, but more importantly, to give my business to an establishment that truly appreciates the sacrifice my brothers, sisters and I have made.
Used to live in IN. Today just visiting. ALWAYS stop at Culvers to get the pork tenderloin sandwich. The best!!!! I actually ended up eating it 2 hrs later. Wasn't hot, but tasted great. Thick piece of meat lightly breaded. Means you can taste meat and not eat just breading. Mmm mmm
Very fast service and well prepared food.
Fast couteous serrvice. Good food and decent value for the money. Clean dining area. Cheerful staff.
Love the root beer and butter burgers at Culver’s. This location is a good one and food has been fresh whenever I have been there.
