Super small meat portions. Asked the girl If that’s all the meat that came on the burrito and she said we can pay for more. I’m sorry but if paying almost $12 for a burrito it should have more then 7 kibbles of meat. Been here before and portions were much larger. Inconsistency has lost our businesses just wanted a nice healthy lunch with PROTEIN.
I ordered a Greek chicken taco and steak taco on Naan bread, the tacos are regular sized. Both tacos were good but I loved the Greek chicken taco! It was so flavorful, I love feta cheese and my preparer added just the right amount. I also had a cup of the maple Brussel sprouts, they were ok, I guess I was hoping for them to have more of a crunchier, charred taste. All in all I give it 2 thumbs up!
The food was great! There wasn't any issue with that at all. But the staff wasn't friendly. Like I dont care if they don't say hi or are perky even. But these girls just stared at you and without smiles. Like they expected you to know the workings of the restaurant even though you've never been there before. So that's why I gave it 3 stars. Customer Service just wasn't there. They looked like they hated their jobs, honestly.
First time trying this place. I was shocked at the small portion of meat given. After reading the other reviews, it seems that I’m not the only customer that feels this way and that they aren’t correcting the issue. There is not enough protein/meat in either the bowl or the wrap, especially considering they’re $10 a piece. 2 meals and a drink was $28 but Didn’t leave us feeling satisfied or full. Also the soups were not listed anywhere and the girl working was irritated I asked about them. Disappointing. Only good thing I have to say was the place was clean but Doubtful I’ll come back.
Food is well prepared and tastes good, HOWEVER portion sizes are laughable given the prices. Staff can be friendly, but don't show up within an hour of closing time otherwise expect to be rushed by staff who want to get out of there as soon as possible. I get it, you want to clean everything and be out of the store within 30 minutes of your posted closing time, but it does come off as rude when you tell people that they can't dine in or may be kicked out while dining in just because they show up within an hour of closing. Also I have had experiences with being forced to tip at this location. I will make sure I put $0.00 on the tip for my take out order and it came up saying I put $1.49 for the tip. I don't know if it's a machine malfunction or if the employees are stealing money from people hoping they don't notice it, but I did notice it. Either way it'd fraudulent and should be checked out before you guys get in legal trouble over it.You guys have the food tastes hitting the bullseye, but still have a lot to improve.
I asked for extra sauce in the comments because there isn’t a button on the website or app. They’ve never forgotten it before but today they did. I went around to the counter from the pickup area to ask for an extra cup. The gentleman that helped me was SO PLEASANT. He was tall, and had a cool funky style to him with what looked to be 1 since dread lock. A smile and manners go a long way but I really feel like he went the extra mile putting my sauce in a condiment cup and then inside a soup container so it doesn’t explode. Give the guy a raise! I hope this gets back to him. Thanks again.
Great food. Its healthier for you.
My family and I drove 45 minutes to come to this place because we use to love it so much. We showed up at 7:45 pm and they close at 8:30. We noticed a group of about 15 kids and adults walked in prior to us WITH THEIR MCDONALDS and proceeded to eat their McDonald's in the dining area. Not a single one of them ordered core life. We go up to order our food and are told at 7:53 that we cannot dine in and it will have to be to-go. The two people prior to us were able to dine in to eat their food. I asked if they closed at 830 and they said they did but it is easier for them to clean of people stop dining in at 8. It was not even 8 and we drove all that way to just drive all the way back with cold food. Not to mention spending $65 at this establishment to be told we couldn't dine in. Also, my wife is 5 months pregnant and had to use the bathroom but at 7:48 the bathrooms were completely blocked off and barricaded with cleaning equipment. (This is also very unsafe in the event of an emergency or fire). THIS PLACE HAS LOST OUR BUSINESS FOR GOOD. We will go where we will be treated with respect and like customers, not burdens.
I really like the salads but didn’t care for the other menu items. Prices are higher but everything is made fresh. The beverages are really interesting and fun to try.
I was keen to try this place due to its healthy slant. Unfortunately I was aghast at the small portions and terrible service. The counter assistants seem more focused on talking about their social life than providing good service . I arrived at 8 pm- closing was at 8:30. I was told I had to eat quickly as I’d be kicked out when it closed (by the young purple haired girl with a nose piercing). However when paying they extorted a tip from me via a terrible machine. I didn’t feel welcome and I’m not sure if it was because I’m a minority or what. I’m pretty disgusted tbh. In any place where service actually matters (above the employees social banter) this would be heavily frowned upon. I sincerely hope this is only the case at the Mishawaka branch.
