The best ice cream I’ve ever had! I love that you can mix anything in it you want.
They over charged me,then the manager wanted to argue about in the meantime my granddaughters icecream was melting every where. Will not go back.
It's always good but they didn't have large cakes in the freezer. Was hoping to pick up a large one. I was there at 11:30. Asked the girl if there were any in back, she said no. That's why I gave 4 stars
I got there 30 min before close and they told me they were closed unless it was an online order. There were a line of guests, some liters just got there. I went outside and put an online order in for pick up. It said it’d be ready in 15 min. Their last guests were leaving as I was walking up to the doors and they locked the doors on me. Tried calling just to ask if I could pick it up since I already paid. They looked at me and ignored me and didn’t answer. I emailed asking for a refund with no response. Then called two days later and they said they would have to call me back because their phone was dying and had to charge ( they had just answered and said that after saying why I called). Called two hours later and it rang forever and went to busy. Then it was busy from then on every time I called…. Still haven’t gotten ice cream or my refund.
Picked up my daughter's cake, the sides looks like someone rubbed it with there hands. I think a child wrote happy birthday 18.I am at disappointed. Thank you for ruining my daughter's 18th birthday cake cold stone
First beautiful day of the year so the line was long but staff kept it moving and we had fun in line. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and kept us smiling!And the ice cream was delicious!
Ice cream is wonderful, the problem is they do not take their online order seriously, or seriously, they got everything wrong, and absolutely not even handled simple things that they should handle. I'm disappointed in this Company they should know better that customer service is above all...
Not the best cold stone I've ever been to.. It wasn't super clean like most are, or, and the people working behind the counter We're definitely very nice, but they didn't pay attention and made all of our ice cream wrong. Well I guess that's just as much my fault for not stopping them, I think it's kind of a big deal.
Restaurant was absolutely filthy. Had to wait in line just to ask for a rag to wipe down the table, which was covered in other people's ice cream. Tried to order a chocolate shake, and was told that they couldn't make one because their chocolate ice cream was "too hard." What I ended up with wasn't very good, and I threw half of it away.
Roasted almond, Carmel vanilla cone in dish. It was not overly sweet, but the cone became quickly saugy, difficult to cut with the spoon. Pretty good
