A few months ago I had a party here. It was the typical normal It wasn’t the first time I loved my server!! I believe her name was Leah she was so openly honest and just herself our food was taking so long and she was so understanding and cracked some jokes to lighten the mood until we got our pizza. It was such a good day for my son he loved it! He had a blast! I can’t say much for other tables or party’s. Just two servers were cracking hard and doing their best even doing other jobs when they were free! Some of the severs were harsh and rude. Mostly lazy. They complained once their table asked for something and instead gossiped like they’re in school! Overall I’m glad I got blessed with good employees and the other sever that helped ours out! They were amazing with our son and his friends. She treated us like close friends. Was fast and good and very professional but made us comfortable. It was good not stressing the whole day!!!!
Pizza was really good! Only thing is that a few of the slices were extremely thin, but I didn't really care that much since it tasted really good. The games were very fun too, and I loved the sketchbook one the most. (Even though that one technically isn't a game)
Went early on a weekday. Not too many people so my kids had the run of the place. They had an absolute blast. The food wasn't bad. I was pleasantly pleased by the experience.
Pizza was delicious and my grandson had a blast playing the games. Place has changed a lot since I last went there in 2004. But, some of the changes are really cool. I miss the animatronics and the tokens, but the dance floor is pretty neat.
I'm sorry, I never leave reviews. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. The moment we arrived we knew it was going to be a disaster. 2 birthdays walked in, and "we don't have any parties tonight" was stated. Then they wouldn't let us in, as we were in the way from people leaving. We attempted to get out the way, they told us don't move they can wait? (we still haven't passed the entry gate). Then they "found" our reservation and took us to a party table that had our name already on it. Then as we stood at the counter to order our pizza, a lady came up and asked about her pizza 90 minutes after she ordered it. She was told, oh sorry it's coming up. If it was busy I could understand, but there was only 5 parties their at this time, and 2 of us just arrived?. About 90 min later we asked about our $45 2 large pizzas (we ordered separately from reservation with a coupon) guess what, oh its up "next". Finally pizzas has arrived and boy was I excited.....to see 2 mediums ?? when we compared our larges to the medium (ordered with reservation) they said oh yeah sorry, keep that and we will make you a large.... and if we left before they would have us take it to go. I'll fast forward 90 more minutes and still no pizzas. As we left they said we are closing we can save you 10% ($4.80) or 1000 tickets, but couldn't make us the pizza (the one the manager swears he made, butcouldn't find it).?? this was just half the stuff, to save your time. The bday party pack we ordered, never came. Never gave balloons (gave them aware right before we arrived) I truly felt I was on a prank show.
It may not be the (Showbiz Pizza) restaurant I knew as a kid, but it's definitely still a fun place to take my kids. The pizza was tasty and we had a great time with each other playing games for a little over 3 hours.
One of the worse service I had encountered. The kids had a great time but when we had questions about the order they were bothered by me questioning the bill. . They shorten us 1 Large pizza and we was told they couldn’t do anything about it after spending $200+. I purchased another pizza for the group but I would never comeback again. Plenty better places to take my family.
My kids enjoy it because its Chuck E Cheese but its just not well put together. Its very expensive. The play area was dirty and 2 employees walked over the trash and ignored it and proceeded to be unprofessional and practice their tik tok dance to go ahead and record it. I thought the purpose of kid check was to assure that when you leave no one leaves with a child that isn’t there- but no one is at the exit to do that when it is busy, not sure it gets done at all. The bathroom didn’t smell so well and there were at least 4 employees in there at a time just hanging out. You seem to have enough staff but they aren’t busy working- there is a lot to clean and keep up with. They don’t deliver the pizzas anymore so, customer service and review of shift duties needs to happen.
Place is recently upgraded due to the fire. No more robotic animations. But there's a dance floor with tv screens. Good is still bland and they are in need of staff.
Place is fun for kids but not the cleanest. There were quite a few games that weren't in working order and were still taking tickets from cards. Place had been around for quite some time but imma have to say I liked it better years ago. People seriously need to watch their kids because I seen alot of pushing shoving fighting and rough housing with some of these kids and fighting over those cards. I like chuck e cheeses but some adults and some kids gotta ruin it for everyone. Needs a little more structure
