Wish I had read the terrible reviews…First! What the F…! Ordered online and what was plopped out is in the photo attached. I don’t think the owner/mgr. would touch this. I always got a great burrito bowl at other Chipotle’s. Worst $12.20 spent!
No chicken available today, which meant several items were off the menu even though they're still blatantly advertised.They should just put a sign on the door telling people what they're out of so you don't have to wait in line for 10 minutes, only to be told "we don't have that."The chips are usually only available for ON LINE ORDERS. Yes, you read correctly!! Even though you're standing right there looking at a bin full of chips, you can't purchase them. So I asked my daughter to place the chip order through the mobile app. She got a confirmation e-mail.Went in to get the chips.... Guess what?? No CHIP ORDER ready.
Do not door dash!!! Door dashers are not able to check orders so whatever the restaurant sends them with is what you get. 2 of our 3 meals were not delivered after being paid for and only a partial refund was issued. Our dasher was nice and called it in to help us get this partial refund, but I am short 2 meals with a family to feed and so this did not save me any time or energy. Don’t count of them to have your order correct at pick up.
I was always a fan until today. I was at the Mishawaka store today, it was a mess, a sign on the door that if you were paying in cash you had to have the exact amount, they didn’t have any peppers and onions, my steak was mostly fat and my to go lid was not attached at all !
Ordered chicken tacos and a bowl with steak. What we got was 1 bowl with chicken and one bowl without steak.
Used to go to this location at least 3 times a week. This place has changed a lot. There is no manager that oversees anything. People that work there look like they are on an assemply line, going through motions. No regard to the person in front of them. Walked out the last two times in the middle of process of making the bowls since the person making the bowl failed to listen to the order. No plans on going back to this location!
I picked up a catering order this evening for 70. Everything was perfectly packed and easy for me to load in my SUV. The staff offered to help me multiple times. They were so kind and considerate. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Outstanding experience!
I love me some chipotle! I have to drive 45 minutes to get it so we don’t go often but when we do I try to do mobile orders so it can be faster but it never is! Its always a disaster! Two times we have waited for over 1 hour. This time pick up was at 4:30 we waited until 5:30 to be told that they didn’t receive my order. I didn’t get her name but an employee was so helpful and just had me tell her my order and she made it on the spot and was apologetic. And they were not understaffed but the place was still a mess. Do not do a mobile order just walk in and you’ll get your food faster- mobile ordering process needs some help!

Terrible service, small portions and place look very dirty, probably worst chipotle in the area, I order online, and the portions were about half of what should be, incredible overprice, overall, this place is terrible.
