Cooperate heard it first. Now it’s everyone else’s turn. My son was asked if he could read, simply because we did not notice that they were still serving breakfast and he asked for chicken nuggets. (He is 8) Followed by a “Eat or don’t eat, that’s your problem. And this is all before I even got a word in. Then I was told that the company policy prevents employees from giving there names. Then she topped it all by telling me to get my black a*s out. A real winner huh? I will make sure everyone knows this face before the day is over. Oh, and made sure to threaten to call the police if i continued to record and take pictures. The video should be going viral within the next few days. Can’t be too bright, if she doesn’t understand that it’s not illegal to record or take pictures right? All of the other employees gave me the impression that this was nothing new. She wanted to be a star, so I’ll happily make her famous
*Attention owners* OR corporate....You would think they would put someone on drive thru that has some PEOPLE SKILLS!!! Especially for the lunch time working crowd!!! The EXACT same lady at the window has been rude 3 times now... I get your probably 'short staffed' but she's SINKING your business!!! I pride myself on being nice to public workers but SHE is the reason people are RUDE to fast food workers.☆DO BETTER B/C SHE IS SINGLE HANDEDLY RUINING YOUR FRANCHISE...☆
Poor attitudes by employees at the drive up window. Rude at drive up window, very rude employees at drive up window. Bad for business. Not many fast food restaurants there YET! BUT SOON! WENDY'S IS COMING!!! ? YIPPIE!!

Like always my food was hot and very quickly made.The environment inside was very clean and it was a peaceful lunch break.With much needed WiFi.Love the whoppers and the zRodeo Burgers ?
Always closes like 2-3 hours before they are supposed to close, even though their Google page shows them as open and so does the burger king app. Tonight, the app said they were open so I placed an order. They were closed when I got there at 11:45pm even though their hours say they are open til 1am on Google and the burger king app. Thank god I ordered with my free points and not with actual cash because If I had paid cash, I would have just been out the money for absolutely no reason. If you're going to consistently close early.. update your hours please!!!
They charge extra for cheese, and their soda cost 3 times more than McDonald’s! Also, their coffee is so dinky , it only takes one slurp before it’s gone! McDonald’s right next door, 25-50% cheaper! The only advantageous Burger King has is their dining area is open while McDonald’s still remained closed! Been noticing 5 times more traffic stops at neighboring McDonald’s! I prefer McDonald’s! And, omg Burger King app is extremely difficult to log into if switching phones, or log off of Burger King, never an app been as difficult! I complained about prices to corporate, they don’t care! Also some app deals don’t even apply!Negatives are prices, positive are an open dining area, bathroom access, and later hours! Guaranteed what we get for $6.20 at McDonald’s cost $10 at Burger King! Do without the cheese saves a buck or two, do without the soda saves $3.00! Could be reasonable if one prefers no cheese, and brings their own drinks!
Had the new crispy chicken sandwich and it was excellent.
Would have rated it if I could have gotten in to actually get some food but the lobby was closed. I could have ran my 13' tall truck through their drive-through but I don't think they would have been happy... It's been 2 years since the pandemic closed lobbies you'd think they'd have some sort of system in place for big trucks
If I could give 0 stars I would. I've NEVER been treated so rudely...not to mention the fact that the woman taking my order tried to overcharge me! If they continue to treat the rest of their customers with such rudeness they will be closing soon and Not missed. As you can guess we will Never be returning to this particular BK if any at all....SMDH
