Cozy, quiet and nostalgic. We tried the Boom Boom Shrimp as our appetizer and it came out hot. Sauce was quite spicy, which is exactly what we wanted. My entree was the baked white fish with twice-baked potato, which was really good. Husband had the liver and onions, which he very much enjoyed. I would recommend checking this place out!

The fried mushrooms were tremendous! Best I have ever had

Really friendly place..No one is a stranger. The staff all work together to make it a great dining experience for everyone. Good Cocktails, Good Food & Good people!

The atmosphere and service are fantastic ?. However the food overall is average. The soup and salad were very good but the prime rib was a bit dry. If it had more au jus it possibly would have helped. And as for the mashed potatoes, you can tell that they came from out of a box.

we love blue lantern and have always enjoyed the atmosphere food and service. however last night was a disaster. our service was terrible. we watched other tables be served and attended perfectly by a cute blonde girl. she was running her tail off to satisfy her guests while our waitress seemed to struggle with the tables she had and when she did manage to throw parts of our orders down she did so with eye rolls and back talk. it honestly was shocking.

Some of the best steaks are made here. Great place to have an awesome meal. Well stocked bar with an up scale selection. Staff is old school and highly knowledgeable. This is not the place for a quickie, definitely not a fast food joint. Expect to pay a higher price for better quality and service.

We were a party of 17 and crammed into a back area with no elbow room to even eat. The food was not that of a steak and seafood restaurant by any means. Half of us did not even eat our food it was either under cooked, cold, or just tasted bad. I would not recommend.

AMAZING!!! The shrimpWas large and delicious! I absolutely loved the sauce they came in...no need for cocktail sauce. The beef stroganoff was large portion and the beef was SO tender! And the side salads actually had stuff in them!

We both ordered the prime rib. It came with soup, salad & choice of potato. No dinner rolls. She said cause of the pandemic. Didn't buy that excuse cause we just bought rolls at our favorite grocery store. The prime rib was really thin & a little tough. Probably won't be back.

I probably won't be going back... the service was just fine but the prime rib wasn't worth what I paid for it. It was tough and barely warm when we got it. The baked potato was the same way.
