The food is very good. The drive thru movedvery slowly probably 8 minutes for 4 cars toget to the window. Then every car had toPark. Then wait 5 more minutes to get their food.
Telling your customers to pull forward or park in a numbered parking spot isn't valuable customer service. This isn't just for Arby's. There are a lot of restaurants doing it. If I have to wait five minutes for jalapeno bites, I'm ok with that. But, that particular day, I waited 17 minutes. And, I watched them service 8 cars behind me before they brought out my order. Maybe they should give an option to the customer on waiting or taking the item off the order.
Couldn't get regular roast beef in special. Had to order beef and cheddar. Switched for regular bun and has them leave the french dressing off. But, the cheddar cheese sauce just ruined it for me. It made it soggy.
My girlfriend ordered through doordash tonight. When the order was taking awhile, after being accepted might I add, we called the store from the doordash app. The person hung up on us twice and we were told that it would take ten minutes to thaw the burger that was ordered. But the order was placed twenty five minutes prior to this call and also they were open for another half an hour. I was told that the order wouldn’t be filled because they didn’t feel like thawing the burger out. Extremely displeased with the customer service received. Also drove to store myself to order and the lights and everything were turned off 25 minutes prior to the regular closing time. I understand being short staffed or things like that. But I feel I was disrespected as a customer and just very upset with the attitude I received when I was simply trying to eat a decent meal after working all day.
Food was all very fresh and tasted good. The kids enjoyed their kids meals and toy and had a good time.
Stopped at the bittersweet location during rush hour so waited a bit. Kid running cashier was nice and as soon as my order was paid for the lady manager with short hair had my order ready and was very energetic and courteous. Definitely will go back. Food was hot and delicious. Highly recommend this Arbys location.
Arby's used to be one of the price here fast food options somehow they've kept prices down and run really good specials the foods pretty consistently above average and the prices especially with special deals are exceptionally good
Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich was dry and there was almost enough to cover half my sandwich. Good thing the bread was moist. It was over priced for a lettuce and bread sandwich.
Tried an online order on a Sunday afternoon. Payment went through but I received several unprofessional calls and texts saying the store is closed. Refund was not possible but the manager said to go to the restaurant anyway and they’d make my food. Sat there for half an hour in the parking lot with no further calls, texts, and nobody ever showed up.
Arby's has good food you pay a little more for it but what really irritates the heck out of me is there very consistent about not giving you the sauces that you request I even requested it at the drive-up window: three horsey sauce two Abby's sauce & two bronco Berry sauce. they asked me to pull up the yellow arrow, ... Person who was at the window came out with our food, I asked did you get my sauces? they're in the bag he says... I look in the bag & see 3 horsey sauce... think I'm good ...bget home there are no other sauces in the bag? if I'm going to pay a premium for some fast food I expect to get it the way I like it. they did do a good job with the extra long drive-up line even though the first car took 5 minutes the rest of us got through really fast. improve on your sauce accuracy and you can get good reviews. Also quality of ingredients seem to have slipped as well & they had no jalapeno poppers I know that may not be their fault supply chain issue and all but wanted to put it out there. I'd still say better than most fast food places, but needs improvement ?
