I wish it could be no stars! I order through Uber eats received my food half my order was not in the bag. I called up to store to ask to speak with a manager and explained what happened she got very rude with me and said everything was in the bag and blamed it one the driver. I said well there’s a sticker on the bag and it was sealed so how did she do that? Then got ride again and told me that French dips do not come with aus ju!!! I asked then why is it a French dip? So then tells me fine come up and I will remake your order. Well we went up there because we already paid for it. Upon arrival we ask her name she wouldn’t give it to us then gets an attitude and goes back to remake the food. Mind you it took them 20 mins to make 2 sandwiches a Mac n cheese and 2 aus ju cups. Very upset and angry that we were treated so poorly but also had to travel to get our own order.
I decided to try the new burger. I got the Bacon Ranch burger. It was average. Nothing special but it wasn't terrible.Still love their curly fries. They are consistently good.
When I walked in the young lady at the counter rolled her eyes at me then walked away before I even got to order. I was patient and waited for her to come back to the counter, about 90 seconds later. She could not work the register very well, maybe proper training would help. Took 15 minutes to get the order, the fries were cold and tasted like burnt oil. On the table is a little sticker that says scan this code to tell us how we did, one problem though you need a receipt and the printer doesn’t work to print one out. Oh yeah my feet were stuck to the floor under the table.
I really want to like Arby's. But it's hard. I just never have a good experience here. It's almost like they ask all the employees "who has the biggest chip on their shoulder, and hates working with the public?".... And then puts them at the register.
When I was a young lad, I hated Arby's with all my heart. The only good part about this franchise is how well they do their shakes. However, the servers at this particular resturaunt have cooked the best chocolate shake this meat bag has ever experienced. The man at the drive thru even said that it was cooked to perfection, which was medium rare. It guaranteed the quality that I did not expect. This was excellent service. Everyone who had worked at 8:45 PM on May 19th, 2022 deserve a raise, or even a promotion. God bless Arbyrica.
This doesn’t even deserve 1 star.Service was horrible. They gave us the wrong meals and when I called the restaurant, the girl was rude and used the excuse of there is only 2 people working so that’s why there are mistakes. Then she hung up on me. Trying to get the food replaced was very difficult.
Just got my order from grubhub and was missing the curly fries that I ordered with my meal. Not happy so won't order from Arby's again. Very disappointed considering how much their food costs anyways...
French fries were cold and hard. Sliders buns were hard. Typically hot and fresh food but not at this Arbys.
Worste Arby's I've been to. Place was a mess while lazy employees leaned on the counter looking at their phones while chatting and cussing dropping F bombs. I was the only customer there but still! Food was room temperature at best so I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning!
Have found this Arby's on McKinley near T&C ... service was awesome. Did not have to wait and wait for service. Will be driving there from now on.
