I heard some disturbing news on how a worker named Tony is treating consumers and I was disgusted. Never in my life will I deal with that disrespect because there will be some serious consequences for him. It is always good to remember that some people may be the bigger person while you will not have that with others. Good luck!
This particular location seems to be suffering from staff shortages at the moment, so be patient and be kind. A late night drive thru (attempted) order revealed frazzled staff who were running the whole place with a total of TWO.It's probably all Wendy's but if you like lukewarm meat patties and ice cold condiments, i.e. cold burgers....this is the place for you.
Just left drive thru 2/1/22. I ordered 2 large fries and 2 bourbon bacon burgers with no cheese. Instead I get the burgers with cheese and they won't answer their phone when I try to call
Drive thru wasn't even busy. Got wrong drink and frozen fries included with my warm fries. If it wasn't for me having to go to work would have gone back. No excuse to have had a crappie meal.
The girl who took our order was amazing. She went above and beyond. Didn't get her name but she was all about good customer service.
The service was great once I reached the window, and the good was to the quality I have grown to expect from Wendy's. I'm just so sorry that the few dedicated employees have to work so hard while others get paid more to sit at home on unemployment causing fast food lines to take over 38 minutes to get through a drive thru. I am happy to say the quality at Wendy's has it suffered and neither has the service with the amount of staff the had.?????
Ordered a baconator and it came with no bacon. Ordered a sour cream and chive potato, no chives. Ordered and PAID for 2 drinks, only got one. We don't order out much anymore and when we do, it's not a big order but they still can't get it right. A baconator with no bacon. Unreal. Never again.
On 10/15/21 I pulled up to drive thru after waiting for 15 mins behind another vehicle they pulled up to window, I got to speaker and she said “we are closed now” even tho drive thru is open till midnight10/16/21 Says “Inside open9:30am-8:30pm” no signs on either door saying they re-closed the lobby, got a line to the literal road, when I went around to leave I jus seen 1 person in window & 3 or 4 others standing around looking like they are talking, like I understand with COVID lol everyone is tired & under staffed but still try to do the job & realize that some of us are working hard jus like you & might be only thing ate all day
