By now you have probably seen me out here a lot in the reviews, let's face it, I'm a foodie! And I love Taco Bell! ? They have Baja Blast which is awesome! Lucky for me I have the kids on my side to always win the family vote for Taco Bell. Sorry, Grandpa, you lose everytime we want our 5 layer Burritos, nachos and Crunch Wraps! Great job Michigan City Taco Bell, great food!
What is wrong with this location? If I could give 0 stars I would. The wait is ridiculous, 30 min in drive thru then try to go in front door locked at 630pm. This is not the first time this location has been a mess, the people are slow, the orders are always wrong and when you get an order that is not yours they just put it in a new bag and give to the right person. I had took it to my car opened everything and took it back in, they turned around and put the same stuff in a new bag with sticker and gave it to the doordash guy.
This is about as good as fast food for a Taco Bell can get.
If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would, last night I attempted to go through the drive thru, after kindly waiting at the speaker for someone to take my order, I got no response. So we checked the website for a second time to see if they were closed, that wasn’t the case at all.. then after waiting we honked, still nothing then i said “hello” about three times.. still nothing so we ended up leaving, as we were leaving we looked in the window to find every light on, multiple people standing around and one at the register.!! Ridiculous service, get some people in there who know what their doing or get y’all’s managers to train better.!!
Didn't get the correct order, the food was prepared sloppily, the contents of the order were spilled all in the bag. By the time we got home and got to eat, the food was cold and gross. Wasted gas, money and time.
3 stars for the fact the employees were quick and courteous alone. I received the wrong food the most recent time I've gone here and have had this happen consistently in the past. Food wasn't bad, just wrong order.
They have really great specials and deals for a quick bite to eat I definitely suggest to go there
Probably the worst taco bell in NW Indiana..Edit*** let's go ahead and change that 3 stars to a 1.... Evey place has a bad day but there is always a issue with this location... We can't blame COVID for everything that is wrong with places... Let's see how people can spin it and blame the pandemic on the photo I included... That's supposed to be a cheesy roll up... lolololololol
EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come to taco bell.. They mess up my order.. Every single time.. It never fails.. Please hire people who listen to the CUSTOMER and knows what they are doing.. I love taco bell food.. But I will not be back until it has better employees.! Do better taco bell.. Y'all are slowly losing business ?♀️
Lately it would seem this location has stepped Its game up. During early days of covid, order accuracy severely began to decline, but I'd say they get my whole large-ish order correct almost everytime I eat here now. Been pleased as a peach with the service here lately. Keep up the good work.
