I have been trying to come to this location at different times on different days and they ALWAYS seem to be closed anymore. I understand being understaffed, but this is absolutely ridiculous! The wonderful handwritten sign on the door this evening stated “closed due to staffing and lack of product- subway team”. They were only supposed to be open from 12p-9p today. It was 7:15 when we arrived. Don’t waste your time going to this location. It’s a disappointment. Heading to the one in the lighthouse mall now. Keep your fingers crossed that they aren’t closed too. ??♀️
I ordered thru the app for pickup at 7:55. My order was marked as ready, only to be told once I got there they were out of my bread choice. Then had to wait until 8:40 to get my order. I have absolutely no problem waiting, why not just give me a call so I could come later, instead I wasted 45 mins waiting in the lobby. Won’t be returning.
The girl in here with medium brown-red hair who's super skinny with a nose piercing had such a bad attitude with me for asking a question that if I hadn't had a gift card I would've walked out. I asked what the cost of a meal vs just a sandwich and she got an attitude like I was bothering her for having a question.I won't be spending any of my personal money here.
I didn't get a sandwich today ?. Only wheat bread was available. I can say this though...the 2 young men that were making sandwiches were on it !! Kind and very professional.
Just your normal neighborhood Subway restaurant I love ordering online usually they do get the order right so I'll recommended that option so u can go in and out ,,
Sits in the back eating instead of making bread so they can close early. Second time I had to cancel orders due too poor management.
Much gratitude on Lucy and Walter for making me a terrific sandwich and proving excellent customer service! Their smiles and fervor was out of this world, made me truly feel welcomed. You guys rock!
I just want to say Lucy and Walter did one heck of a job serving us it was the best service with a smile that I've had in this Subway for a very long time thanks guys I really appreciate it.
I put in an online order for curbside pick up. I waited ten minutes after my pickup time before someone came out and told me he couldn't make my order because they were out of bread. I asked for a refund because they had already taken my payment online, he didn't know how and asked me to wait while he checked again for bread. He came back and asked if flat bread would be OK. I'd never had their flat bread before so I said it was fine. He brought my order out a few minutes later and I left. It was the worst flat bread I'd ever had! ? it was like eating cardboard. I will never have their flat bread again. What I don't understand is why didn't they call me ahead of time to tell me they were out of bread? Instead they waited until I was out there and wasting my time being there.
Always stop here on way to beach , never any issues gr8 service,nice staff. Good to go????
