The FRESHEST subway sandwich I've ever had!! No lie?
Great people and great food definitely worth it
I came here the other day to get a sandwich and was met with a boy named William he was about 300 ish pounds in his late teens probably about 17-18 he was very rude while making my sandwich and seemed to have hatred towards my skin tone I felt very uncomfortable and while never come here again.
I have never had a problem before, the staff is always very nice and this is usually a reliable location. However, I placed a mobile order Friday, October 22nd and was very disappointed. I ordered a footlong melt, which came packaged as 2 seperate small white bags. Inside the white bags were small brown bags with some sort of burnt residue on the outside. My sandwich halves were smashed and had completely fallen apart within the brown bags. I have pictures however dont see a way to add them to this review. I was on my break at work and love to run to this Subway location because there are so many choices and it's fast for my quick breaks. Even though there are not many choices for fast food in the mall, after tonight's visit I'm not sure I'll be back.
Always fresh and fast.
Poor customer service. Cranky older lady who works there always wants to argue with everyone. Online orders do not get a priority. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches due to employees chit chatting.

We had an amazing time in this restaurant. We enjoyed the extraordinary environment and the food. The staff are super friendly. I am content we eventually managed to try this restaurant.
Went in yesterday with my child and bestfriend. We were in a GREAT mood... Until we met William. He not only refused to say hi, but when I awkardly asked to see if he was ready to take my order (obviously he was because he was ignoring us to talk to a taller male coworker) he then went on with mumbling something completely incoherent. DIDN'T ask my friend for her order, I had to bring it up AGAIN. Do you drug test your employees??? Secondly, was shocked by how the older lady just ignored that he was treating us HORRIBLY and the tall guy was just sinking with the rest of the ship. Also, just in case he accidentally wore someone else's name tag I will describe William to you: in early 20's, blonde, heaver set probably 280+ lbs.NEVER will I EVER step foot in here again
