Interesting flavors of popcorn. Got 1 of the peanut butter and the last maple pecan. Also had a couple sandwiches, the Reuben and the kids grilled chicken sandwich. Sandwiches seemed small but had lots of flavor and were actually very filling, comes with a pickle and bag of chips. Turtle cheesecake was pretty good. We were asked if we wanted caramel or chocolate drizzle on the cheesecake but they forgot to give it to us. Looks like some staff was in training. We ended up waiting a bit for our food but overall it was worth it.
First of all, their "20 percent off popcorn" bags were still $14 for a small bag. That's outrageous.Secondly, when we asked if we could get a Mexican Hot Chocolate with a shot of espresso in it, the girl said "yes." We said "OK, we'll do that." She then asks us if we wanted whipped cream on it, and again, we say "yes, please." After giving us our total ($24 something for two drinks and a small bag of popcorn) we confirmed that we had espresso in the Hot Chocolate, right? Nope. Despite responding to our question and us saying that we would take "one of those."On top of that - no whipped cream on the drink, either.I get that places are short staffed. Help is at a premium, but these two girls were kind of rude to begin with, and I think the radiation from the massive NUCLEAR SILO RIGHT NEXT DOOR has leaked and got into their heads because between the two of them, they may have had the competence to tie their shoes.That being said - the drinks were quite good. Just the servers were rude and incompetent. 2 stars because the coffees were super good. Just everything else was a bad experience.
I order three Turkey sandwiches and it was not good. The sandwich was poorly made I could make it better. I would sever it to my dog
A good selection of chocolates and sweets both sold from the display cases & prepackaged goods on the shelf. They also sell a nice variety of Hudsonville ice cream and treats in the center part, and then sandwiches & salads toward the back. On a cold windy day, it was nice to have a Mexican hot chocolate and a piece of chocolate. The three staff were attentive and friendly.
Is niece had a show at the Morris after the show family and I decided to go to cafe get a bite to eat never been there before It was our 1st time there and they messed up our food service was horrible and never going back there again it's a joke

The coffee at this place was AMAZING and all of their chocolates were so neat! Everyone needs to come here. The ladies working tonight were the sweetest angels EVER!! I came all the way from Florida and the ladies working tonight made my first time experience of Indy so amazing! When I walked in the store the rudest and most terrible customer came in and started screaming at the workers for not having milk because they ran out, and the ladies working there tonight handled him gracefully and respectfully. I could NEVER!! Give them a RAISE!!!!!!!
I stopped in 9/24 to have lunch and I wasn't disappointed! I got half sandwich/chef salad that was so good! I also got cheesecake on a stick. Yum! The service was exceptional by everyone who is working today, and everyone was really friendly. Thank you so much and I'll be back.
Unique place with some really cool options. Good customer service. Downside was the super musty smell that was really hard to ignore.
The Mexican hot chocolate is awesome. Manager had a super personality and very friendly.
