Would rate ZERO if it was an option! Food was horrible and dry. Found hair in the pasta. They would remake for another hour wait.....umm...no thanks!
It's sad when you order food wait 1 1/2 hours for food they bring the wrong food then they want you to wait another 1and 45 min what kind of place does that when it clearly is there fault I will think twice the next timex
Foodie and vegetarian visited this clean, homely little family restaurant on a Saturday night during off-season. Located on a main drag at Michigan City's south end, it's nestled between business strip and residential neighborhood. (Tiny parking lot.) Entry is through a double door system on building's south side that might require assistance for anyone in a wheelchair. One server, who was friendly, efficient and very competent, for 5 or 6 tables. Seating for 50-60 patrons, if memory serves correctly. (Her mom ran the cash register.) We ordered a single green (dinner) salad and wine, along with cheese pizza (with green pepper, green olive & onion.) Salad was basically lettuce, garnished with two (unexpected) pepperoni slices, (causing vegetarian to 'clutch pearls,' but not swoon LOL). Foodie ate & enjoyed the salad. Wine selection was very limited, but drinkable. (Soda pop and hot tea also available.) Pizza was delicious, but crust was inconsistently baked.

I ordered on a Tuesday. The delivery-girl never buzzed my apartment number at the entrance. She didn't know where my address is. This never happened with Chris delivering for over ten years. Roma has gone on the skids lately. Not what it used to be at all.
Very tasty! I had the baked mostisholi and everyone else enjoyed the pizza turnovers.

FORGET everywhere else ?Roma Pizza 'rocks'... it is the BEST in the world and I'm 1/2 Italian... So I have some right to say this.... go there...?And if you ask them to put ?pineapple on your individual Pizza, like I did, they won't deny it like other places? LOLRoma's Pizza is excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant is fun? it's cozy& the Servers are great the Owner is a young ambitious man... go there you'll love it ????PS... Sorry for the one piece of pizza picture I couldn't contain myself I had to eat them and the pizza was a work of art visually and for your senses yum!!!
Roma Pizza has been a local staple for a long time. I used to go there regularly in the late '70s. Tonight New Year's Eve I got a large pizza and let me tell you it was absolutely delicious! So cheesy! Definitely going to be back in my regular staple of takeout. I only had to wait 25 minutes for my pickup and to me that is very reasonable and what I expected.
