It was good as expected. This was not one of our regular Red Lobsters. We were 200 miles from home looking for a decent lunch. No waiting to be seated at lunch. Good service from a friendly waitress. Food was prepared and served quickly. Quality of the food was top notch.I don't know how they could improve things a whole lot. They are definitely trying hard to provide an excellent experience, and succeeded.

Love this Red Lobster now.. they must have got a new cook cuz everything on point now. Last year not so good over boiled and cooked lobster tail. When your lobster tail is shrunk to nothing means you over boiled over cooked it. Now everything seems to be in line except the waiting staff and waitresses. Get the staff where everyone is helping someone will be great

Incredibly disappointing and insulting experience. We arrived 35 minutes early for a 5:30 pm reservation. The hostess told us that it would be 25 minutes. That was okay, because it would still be 10 mins earlier than our reservation, so we sat at the bar and had a drink. At 5:35 pm, I walked to the hostess desk to ask how much longer. Two women were there—I don’t recall their names—Stefanie(?) and a second woman (I forgot her name, but it had 3 syllables—starts with a T?). We were told a little bit longer and that 2 names were ahead of us. We had an Open Table reservation that I made several days earlier. I asked if that was the case even though we had a reservation? T told me that “it isn’t really a reservation.” I told her “yes, it is a reservation”—she asked me if I made the reservation today and I told her that I made it days ago. T told me again that the reservation “isn’t a reservation, it’s just a placeholder.” She never looked up at me, gave no apologies, or made no effort to be warm/understanding, then she just walked away. The other hostess stood said nothing. 5 minutest later, my husband asked again when we’re we going to be seated. Apparently there now was one name ahead of us. And T told my husband that he had been waiting only 24 minutes. By then, it had been 45 minutes. Finally, we were seated at 5:45, 50 minutes later. I believe we were ungraciously escorted to a less favored booth right next to the waiting area—I asked for the next over table that at least had a little privacy. We then waited another 15 minutes for the server to come over. The only positive of the evening was that our server was an earnest young man who tried very hard to give us good service, was very polite and sincere. The food was very slow coming out of the kitchen, but tasted fine. I used a 20% rewards discount for dinner, but tipped our server on the original bill total. I’ve been going to Red Lobster for over 35 years and have always loved going there.

I will say our waitress was great, however everything else was not. First, the two hostess girls were too busy on their phones to help clean tables. There were lots of empty but we were told 15-20 minutes. We say the same bus boy in that 15 minutes use the restroom 3 times. The manager didn't seem to mind that nobody was doing anything except standing around. The manager himself was extremely disheveled looking and didn't stop at one table to see how everything was. I have never seen that before. I guess he didn't truly want to know. We have gone there many times in the past, it has never been like that. I know it is hard getting help these days but come on!

Our waiter tonight in Michigan City was absolutely amazing! Younger gentlemen, arm tattoos, didn’t catch his name. We felt bad they were so short staffed especially on Easter but he rocked it!!

We ordered the all you can eat soup and salad with their famous biscuits. And a cod sandwich it came with Fries. The ceaser salad was very tasty and had the perfect amount of dressing on it, twice. The waitresses was awesome, couldn't tell she had just starting working there. ? Had a new drink from the menu called Lobster Punch, it was delicious and tasted like you were on vacation. A fresh slice of pineapple and blackberries was in it ? We didn't go away hungry that's for sure! Thank you to our waitresses, ( Nice Job!)

Went here to celebrate my birthday. If you want all you can eat Shrimp 4 ways , go on a Monday it's 17.99 Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. However don't forget your receipt like I did, so I didn't get my points on my 35.00 dinner with hubby.

Worst experience ever!! Never going to this place again. Wanted to celebrate our daughter turning a month old today. The crab legs were cold. Scallops tasted like hockey pucks. The alcoholic drinks were horrible. Tasted like sea water. Waiter was good.

Our waitress Kelly was amazing. Great service and excellent food! She was the head bar tender as well and made excellent drinks!

This is my happy place and when everything goes right im so at peace jordan was the best i like octavius as a sever 2 definitely recommended
