Worst rally I have ever been to. First visit 3 sandwiches made wrong 3 sandwiches missing. Second visit person said they were a manager . And would replace the missing sandwiches. Went ahead and ordered 3 additional meals. Once again sandwiches made wrong ordered double burgers got singles . Ordered double spicy chickens got singles. Ordered double fish not received at all . Also these were the 2 for 8 sandwiches only received 1 of what we did get. Like I said before so frustrating.
Food was terrible. Microwaved. Tasted like it was cooked several hours prior. Window girl wearing dark sunglasses. Person taking order sighing and shaking her head. Not very business like. Won't waste my money again.
The food was good but they didn't give us our whole order.
Sitting in the drive through ordering our food and the dude taking our order yelled at us to hurry up like rude as hell. There wasn’t even that much on our order to begin with. Took forever and this dude was just standing around. Then they got our drinks wrong and took forever to make our food. I moved away from this city for a reason.
Went here waited 15 mins before somebody checked on intercome then waited 20 mins for food, server said it was one person there but I seen 2 people so he basically lied I don't like liar. Or could of said sorry and offereda coupon free meal of something.
My husband had the chili fries and I had cheese fries with bacon and it was so good...
Good fast food restaurant. As good as the rest. And even much better when you use their coupons.
So I am not entirely sure what the reason for this is, but this location consistently will mess up at least one person's meal when I order here for my family, without fail. It has been happening for literally YEARS at this spot now. I mean, once in a while is understandable, but they ALWAYS get something wrong I'm not kidding.
The lady working the drive up window was extremely rude and couldn't comprehend my order. She wasn't a trainee either. What a huge disappointment. Stay away from this location. Unless you want poor service.
Thiesha, or whatever her name is, was rude and had a bad attitude. Rushed me to order than said I can't make something a combo because it makes it look like they're stealing.
