The manager Erica is truly awesome! Our order was delivered and it was incorrect. Erica drove all the way to our house to bring us the rest of our food and more. The food was delicious. Erica went above and beyond and I sure hope that Popeyes sees what a truly outstanding employee they have! If you read this Erica i want to say THANK YOU for making things right even though I was not the friendliest at first. YOU ROCK!
How do you only have chicken breasts and no thighs or drumsticks? Isn't chicken your entire business? I get shortages but by the way employees acted, as in not caring whatsoever, I'm pretty sure they just were lazy in making more chicken. Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through just to find out this all out. Waste of time for a "fast" food franchise. Oh and employee walking out for a cigarette and saying "God d*$#, f$&*" in reference to how long the line was.. Food was decent though, fries werent too soggy and tenders were great and was given extras.

Popeyes is one of my favorite places to stop for chicken, but this location serves cold food at night. I would advise maybe going to Valparaiso location. Never had an issue their.
Today I had a wonderful customer service experience with Renee Hudson. I came in there first thing in the morning so I could bring food as a reward for someone I work with. I explained to her my situation and she made sure I was served first, hustled to get me my food. From the brief encounter I could tell she was very hardworking. She made sure my food was fresh and gave me the best customer experience I've ever had at any fast-food restaurant. She went above and beyond. More importantly, she was so kind and respectful. One of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to meet. She deserves special recognition for her job and her character.
If you’re door dashing do not go here! Skip your order. Customer service is terrible and the wait is ridiculous. They don’t care about how long you have to wait. The lobby doors have been closing earlier than the time provided so the employees can screw off and take their time. 20 mins into my door dash order after the drive through line was cleared an employee comes out to smoke a cigarette. HOW PROFESSIONAL! this brings me to not wanting to ever come here even for my own hunger.

My family from Ireland came to visit. Stacey and Marsha were our cashiers, provided great service, and was very hospitable towards our group. It was a great experience for my family to experience Popeyes.
I had an amazing experience here every time I came. The manager Tonya Meads is always a sweetheart and has a great attitude. She really makes me WANT to come here to eat, because of her customer service. My food is always fresh and I never have to wait long to get it. Yay Popeyes!
