Panda Express is very consistent with quality and quantity of their food. Always good for a quick bite. Many healthy choices you can get brown rice or steamed vegetables as a side along with your one two or three choices of entrees. They always have orange chicken! Firecracker Chicken is also very good. Szechuan chicken and Beijing beef also very tasty! Try them all.
Came in at 830 an hour before close. They have no entrees available. 5 people on closing duties like they're closing in 5 minutes. This store closes at 930. Then they're telling people it's 30 minute wait on food? My wife and I came in, and then 10 online orders came through. This place needs proper management along with better employees who aren't rushing out the door. You signed up for the restaurant business. Get used to it and don't give any more attitudes to customers who are coming in to an OPEN restaurant expecting food. Totally ridiculous.
Just left Panda Express at about 6pm. Busy time was one of the first people in a rush. As a white family in front of me received generous portions on their entrees. When it came down to my plate I asked for half rice and half chow mein, along with a side order of veggies and rice. It was almost as if the gentlemen behind the counter (who’s name I couldn’t read but had glasses) seemed bothered every time I kept going on with my order after “is that all”I’m just now opening my plate for dinner and after just 2 bites my sides are done. I don’t appreciate food being put back after it was placed into MY PLATE ORDER. At the prices for food I expect to get the same amount of portions as your white costumers!Will not be returning.
Panda Express, a classic. 5 stars compared to other fast food and other Panda locations.
The staff is friendly. That's the only thing good I can say about this place. The food usually doesn't sit well with my stomach, however this last time it had me throwing up and feeling awful. And a time before that, the super greens tasted like soap! I had my coworkers smell and taste it and they agreed it was soapy! And don't even get me started on the ridiculous portions that are NOT worth the cost! 100% not worth the money. Go to Hakaido or somewhere where your money will actually be spent with confidence.
Food is fine for what it is but they always have items not ready or cooking until you ask for them then have to wait longer. Particularly the vegetables side. I understand its not a popular item but it's never ready.
I love Panda Express. All though they've had the same battles as most retail establishments with the lack of of employable people. They've still done an outstanding job. Kudos to you.
Whoever removes snow from their parking isn't really doing their job. Once you get in the employees are friendly and more then happy to serve you. No longer are you allowed to have a taste of a new food. We totally understand this. Unfortunately, the gentleman in front of us didn't. He left with an attitude.We had 4 entrees and 8 sides.All of us were happy with our selections. I wasn't a fan of the sweet sour sauce. That was the only complaint any of us had.
Orange Chicken had a disgusting and fishy taste to it.Staff always assumes you're done ordering immediately.
Good fresh food. There was a little wait but worth it. Hopefully it will be as good here in kalamazoo. Next time in that area I will be back. My husband enjoyed your walnut shrimp it was all good.
