We came for lunch on my birthday. It was a Nice and relaxing environment, our waitress was friendly, polite, and attentive to our needs. I had the bottomless salad, bread sticks, and soup. I only needed one serving, it filled me up. Four stars: its only pasta and I like my own pasta sauce more, but with that said, it's still a nice restaurant.
The hostes where friendly and social. Got seated within 20mins, even on Mother's day, which was amazingly a surprise. Waitress was kind, knew her job, and helpful. Asked for extra strawberries for my kids, and she was accommodating getting them for us.How would I rate my experience, I would tell anyone to come on in and enjoy a hot plate of ALFREDO, I LOVE IT lol.
I will say i wasnt pleased at all with the service i think our waitress name was jammin we did not even get our bread sticks for after 25 minutes of sitting there its not even like the resteraunt was busy the food is usually very good my soup was also cold and that was frustrating because of how long the food took to get to our table . Honestly thought our waitress was lost
When we got here we were told a 35 minute wait as they were short staffed. Thankfully they sat us in about five minutes cuz the Manager said he would step up to help out! You don’t see that everywhere! Our Server, Key was newer and she did a great job keeping up on everything, especially with some help from the Manager. I saw the hostess later helping out with cleanup. Great teamwork they all had to survive the day of having multiple call-offs!Also the food was all so good and everything came out pretty quickly too. Our first time trying the Stuffed Ziti Fritta with the dipping sauces. It was DELISH! Wish I had taken pics! We even got some meals To-Go! So here’s a pic of our To-Go meals. We were too hungry to take pics earlier. Oops!
We had wonderful service, perfect portions, and the unlimited soup was so appreciated while my boyfriend was searching for a hearty filling meal after an agonizing tooth pulling. I was very impressed with my shrimp pasta and his salmon was absolutely amazing! This visit was extra special for both of us!
My wife and I had a great experience at this location today . We were told it was a 45 min wait but got seated in 15 minutes which was awesome. Food was hot and fresh, the appetizers were great and came out fast . Our server Becca was awesome she provided excellent service. Will definitely return to this location
A great time! We did not have to wait which is a surprise! We were seated right away our order was taken quickly and our food was done fast! My only complaint was the breadsticks were much harder than usual. It was as if someone new or just someone in general accidentally cooked them too long. Other than that one thing everything was great!
Stopped in for lunch after doing some shopping at the outlet mall and our experience was great. Our food and drinks were delicious. Customer service was great.
As always Olive Garden was busy. I had forgotten how much I enjoy their salads! We got out for $60 with only 1 drink each.
Ordered for pick up . Was told to come inside for pick up. After 20 minute wait when I asked where the order is the manger barked back I can go outside and wait in the car or wait inside . Ann Franklin should not be a manger woth unprofessional disrespectful attitude. On the other hand the staff was super friendly.
