Today at 2:45 i stopped in to get my mom who is in a nursing home near by some food, and the girl who was working the window who hands you your order was more then unpleasant.. She forgot my drink i had to ask for it twice and she had an attitude becuz i asked for it.. She should remember i paid for it at the 1st window. If she doesn't like her job why does she work there?
Used mobile ordering. This service works great. The reward points are awesome you can get a free premium sandwich with a couple thousand points. Not like other rewards systems where you need hundred thousand points or more. My service here was fast and friendly. Food was hot and fresh!!! I really appreciate the food because unfortunately with fast food, y'all know it's not always fresh.

There is an employee that they have at the drive thru, that is always dirty, uniform be dirty, he has long nails that are dirty and his shirt comes up just under his navel.
It's McDonalds so you probably already know what to expect. Service was fast and friendly in the drive thru.
Why is it everytime we oreder from the 3507 south franklin st. Location our order is never right. I ordered a big mac and got 1 piece chicken patty and thats it. I mean why?
It was very disappointing!!Went at 11:00 am. Drive through. Waited for 15 minutes. Couldn't leave, double line. Then my food was not very fresh. Will never go to that 1 again!!
The staff deserve all the stars and a thriving wage. I bet the lines wouldn't be so long if McDonald's actually paid people well and gave better benefitsI wish every staff member a happy unionize and demand better. You DESERVE better
My order was not accurate. I normally get great service so I am sure it was just a fluke but I will need to start checking my order before I drive away next visit
