This place is a hidden gem! I know that it has been there for some time now. However, I am impressed by the quality of the product and the ambience of the space each time I remember to stop in there. The staff is knowledgable & the ownership/management seems to have carved out a niche in this crowded world of corporate coffee chains.
This is the kind of coffee shop where the woman behind the counter will ask you what kind of flavor you want. If you're like me you'll reply, "Ummm ... coffee flavor?" Then when your pour over shows up, it will come with a distinctive pumpkin aroma. If you like this kind of thing, Maple City might just be your ticket. But it's not for me.

Best place to get a cup of fresh Columbian coffee. A variety of freshly roasted beans are also bagged and ready togo.
Wow.. as soon as you walk in, your senses are pleasantly overtaken by the aroma and the ambience of this little shop. The lady behind the counter was an absolute perfectionist in her craft. Stop in, you will not be disappointed.

Awesome coffee!! Picking up a coffee before heading back to chicago. Lucky to find a local place with quality coffee and great customer service. They make their ice cubes out of coffee as to not dilute the cold brew. Super cool
