This place is a joke. Go to Popeyes. It's much better
Good was okay. Their chicken has gotten a bit greasy but still not bad.
The gentleman that took our order was very very rude,did not get is name, but I don't think I will go back there for awhile, especially if he's working I will go somewhere else.
Speaker broken for months. Was out of gravy, ice, bbq, cookies, and even silverware. Always short staffed and feel bad for employees.
I have to say that while I like their food ideas, I think their prices are high, I went there and asked if they had any family meal deals and I was told that I could get 8 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides and 5 biscuits for $23 and change, when you put the sales tax on it the total would be around $25 ,I think that is a bit high in comparison to other chicken places
AVOID THIS LOCATION!! they are short staffed so no indoor dining, which is not a deal breaker for me. So we went through the drive thru. The drive through speaker is broken so you have to go to the window to order. The man that served us was horribly rude. Took our order and said we don’t have Pepsi, so I asked what they had and he named off Pepsi products (they were just out of Pepsi cola). We order our drinks and hands them to me. There is NO ice. He never mentioned they didn’t have ice. Then when the food came, he nearly threw it at me. Personally I would just avoid that KFC. There are plenty of other places to eat around there.
It was very good food today service was decent I enjoyed my meal
Ordered a chicken bowl. Old chicken just chewy and once you get it chewed it just tasted like dust. However it’s the first time I’ve sat in the drive through and got to complete an order due to the wait time not being 50+ mins. Would rather wait and have fresh food.
KFC MICHIGAN CITY SUCKS! went through the drive through, had to wait 10 minutes to place the order, HAD A COUPON FOR $30, ORDERED, A 16 PIECE MEAL WITH 2 MASHED POTATOE AND GRAVY, 1 MAC & CHEESE AND 1 CORN, WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 5 MINUTES AND ASKED TO PULL UP WHICH I DID, AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES THE LADY CAME OUT AND HANDED ME THE ORDER WHICH I SCREWED UP ON AND DIDN'T CHECK, DROVE 30 MINUTES TO GET HOME, WHEN I GOT THERE I FIND I ONLY RECEIVED A 1
Employees have a poor attitude, questionable business ethics. Posted hours are questionable at best.
