Good food. Terrible service. Hope you donât get our waiter!
I was underwhelmed by our experience. We had been once before - and the food was great as was the service. However, last night we were not impressed. Our server was incredibly busy and we waited a long time for our food. I had the filet mignon and fries - both arrived somewhat cold. Our server did bring me a new batch of hot fries - however, by the time they arrived my steak was very cold. We waited a long time to get our water glasses refilled as well. I am not sure if the kitchen had too many orders - note that our server was very efficient - but he just seemed too busy. We are hoping to give it another try.

Farinaâs is usually very good. However today it was busy, service was slow, food was slow to appear, and by the time it came out some of it was cold. Itâs a shame we will not come back on a busy Saturday.
Once again we had to wait over a hour for our food. We were told that our order was lost due to a ticket machine malfunction. We watched two tables that arrived after us get served and one table was finished and left before we even got our dinners. Food was excellent but not worth the long wait. Parking is a nightmare. If we want good Italian food we will be eating at the Terrace Room instead.
Location & ambiance is great. Service was a bit slow but not Awful-lag between appetizer and main was protracted with no check in from waiter. Food was good red Italian not great but certainly good. Portions were large - I thought sauces were thin and there was too much for the pasta. Prices are on the high side but itâs a tourist restaurant in tourist town.
Though we love the atmosphere and food here, every visit brings service that is worse and worse. Dirty plates and glasses left on table from the previous course, mixed up orders, dinners brought out 10-15 minutes apart and a server with an arrogant attitude about it all really distracts from the experience. If they could ever get it together, this would be a 5* restaurant that is worth the prices.

A great night at Farinas! Delicious food and drinks, friendly service and a lively atmosphere. We love the fun vibe there, and the food keeps us coming back every time!
The general manger Mike worked to accommodate my reservation seating request. Victoria was an engaging and experienced server who added much to this dinner experience.
