Dunkin’ Donuts you are making it harder and harder for me to enjoy you. You refuse to sell me Light Ice/ No ice in my cold brew coffee, Your Employees bend my debit card and disrespect my belongings.Do you reimburse those people you break their cards? Upwards of $12-$50 or more in some cases, you do realize Some Banks charge their customers for replacement cards. My friends and I stopped at their drive through. Our order wasn't complicated and we were being polite (as normal people are), but the manager suddenly came outside and told us to leave because he didn't want to serve us anymore. I could understand this if we were being rude, but as I stated, it was a totally normal interaction until that happened. I'm really baffled and not sure what prompted his reaction. We drove off and they started serving the people behind us, so it seems like we were singled out. Please heed the other reviews here and don't come here unless you want to risk randomly being refused service in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. We went to the Dunkin' Donuts in Chesterton and got our food in a fast and friendly manner.
Ordered today, bacon was not even cooked all the way, I don't normally write reviews because I understand that things could happen, as a fast food worker myself, their customer service is terrible. Just seems like they want me out, nothing to do with me, this was at 3:00 to the person taking the orders at the drive through, and then I get a croissant for my mother, she ends up almost choking from the bacon and dying, what kind of food place is this? Can't cook right? Heard about messed up drinks? And if they mess up your order they talk about you like it's your fault?? Forget this trash place, I rather literally go spend money on the starbucks drinks they sell in the fridges at retail stores, this is complete trash, and no concern to customers whatsoever. I wish I could review lower, but one star is mandatory for me to even post this, don't order here. Period, please, I hope they go out of business here in Michigan City, there's no pride here whatsoever, just a disgrace.
I ordered a birthday cake from this store and they were incredibly kind and sweet to myself and my daughter. I've been very impressed with the improvements to service the new owners have made. The service is wonderful and my coffee has been very consistent since the ownership changed, where it was not before. Thanks so much! I will be back again and again!
I love my lattes whether hot or cold! They are always great! Oh, and their staff is always pleasant and friendly. I live in Porter but on my way in to work, I love stopping at this DD's because this is the go-to-place for me out of all the others.
Our favorite DDs store. We live a few blocks from the Chesterton DDs and work a mile from the LaPorte DDs but this is our favorite store. We stop here almost every morning and the staff is so friendly and nice. Other stores get 5-6 cars in the drive thru, you better plan 20-30 minutes before you get your coffee. Not here, 5-6 cars is nothing but a 5 minute wait. They are so fast getting people through the line and on their way to work. Love this place!
This place is ripping people off. They short you on your coffee so beware. If you order a large coffee you will get a medium in a large cup. The manager even admitted to shorting the coffee but acted like it was no big deal. Shame on you you guys!
I will never order from this location again. $18 later, less than desirable coffee and 3/6 hard Donuts it was obvious they were sat out for more than a few days. I think I spent $30 in total with tip on six Donuts and a coffee. Never again.
This Dunkin used to be absolutely terrible, but since they got new employees/management in there it's the best Dunkin Donuts I've been to! Order is always correct and usually super fresh regardless of the time of day we get it and the customer service has been great :)
Once again, the manager was so rude! I go here because it's the only Dunkin Donuts around and I hate Starbucks! Donuts and coffee are good.
