The Domino’s on Franklin Street store number 2622 have Rude staff! Someone called me and said “we’re out of pasta” so I decided to replace it with one pizza. Sure give use medium pizza thin crust with bacon and ham. It was the wrong pizza! And when I called to inform them of there mistake. I was called hun way too many times. Rushed Couldn’t even get my sentence out. Was issues a credit, fast by a rude mouth girl. Then she hung up on! Not acceptable you will not get any more of my business and I’m calling the manager and corporate. At least apologize and lose the attitude when it’s your mistake. ZERO STARS IS WHAT YOU DESERVE!
They didn't offer me any deals and I ended up paying $31.01 for a medium cheese pizza and 8 garlic wings, and I usually don't order from them when I get in town, I order ALBANO'S, but they closed at 10. I will not order from them again, in Michigan City or Dayton, Ohio.
I've had 3 orders that have never been delivered and my money stolen. And now they gave me someone else's order and I can't even get mine!! Do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering. The service is officially trash.
Domino's is my go-to pizza place. You can't beat the 7.99 three topping carry out.
I ordered a large pizza and Sweet BBQ and bacon chicken bites ,and they give me chicken bites but it was some thing else then I had to explain to the guy 3 times what I wanted to order and my street address, the pizza was greasey and not done either, I will never go back.
Yeah I went to Domino's tonight after placing a order for 14.51 medium 12 pizza and philly steak sandwich I gave them a hundred dollar bill the lady that served me was rude saying they can't accept it it's legal tender so they denied it I will be contacting headquarters and pressing legal charges
Don't bother paying extra for toppings! You get the same amount you would get paying the normal price (maybe less) which is more than lacking. And if you are unlucky to get their 2 minute guarantee make sure you get your free pizza within the seven days they give you to redeem. I didn't. It took me over 7 days to get over waiting 20 minutes to get my order.

It is shameful when asking to speak to the manager Zach, they respond with rude hand gestures and provocative language. And never received orderThen as I was outside " as it was a curbside pickup" , a employee comes outside to his car to pick up a firearm and rack the slide chambering a round.Definitely a place to avoid.
