Horrible customer service. Every time I order To-Go there’s an issue. I called to address the issue I had and Brittany said she couldn’t help me and that I would need to speak to a manager. She was very argumentative and when I stated, “if you can’t help me, let me talk to the manager that can,” she hung up. I called again, someone else answered and got the manager, Chris. Chris was kind and understanding except, he did try to tell me his employee did not hang up on me. The employee for fact, did. She claims she put me on hold. Maybe that’s what she wants her manager to think so she saves her a** but after reading other reviews it seems this Chili’s doesn’t handle feedback and would rather hang up on you than fix an issue. I will not be returning. I give this place chance after chance but it’s not worth it. I rather go to Valpo’s Chili’s. At least there the staff is kind and cares! Also.. the food is way better in Valpo!
Tried to eat here but when we walked in there was no hostess. We stood there for about 5 minutes. Several waitresses walked by serving the customers that were seated and looked at us but continued to ignore us. A simple, " I'll be right with you" would've gone a long way. We might have actually stayed, but because of that blatant disregard, we left. We will not be going back.
I have to go to the dentist today due to eating there yesterday. There was something hard in my chicken fajita that when I bit down I felt excruciating pain and it felt and sounded like a tooth cracked. I didn't know if my tooth broke from the hard object, and I was so sickened by it that I didn't even want to look at what I spit out. I left immediately. I think my right upper tooth is fractured, I was in pain all night, and I don't know what was in the food that did it. I told them on the bill I paid but got no reply. I did not want to embarrass the people I was with by talking about it at the table, and I don't hear well so I rather wrote it down like I did there.
Awful waitress and as a result this was what I got a a to go order because I complained.
Everything was great, I ordered during a dinner rush so there was a little bit of a wait when picking up but that's expected. My order was completely correct, hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and focused on getting orders out. I only wish their "ghost kitchen" (It's just Wings) was available for ordering with Chili's when calling or placing an order online. You have to place two separate orders if you want something from chili's and It's just Wings. It's just Wings is only available to order through the Door Dash app.
We had a little bit of a wait. The hostess recognized that my grandson might want something to distract him while we waited and provided a tablet for him to play games. I really appreciated that. We had a server in training and between her, her trainer, and the manager, we were well taken care of. Our food was good and they kept our drinks refilled.
In order to post I had to give it a star. I don't know how this left the kitchen. Smh!! I ordered this last night Friday, March 4, 2022. who ever the cook was need to be fired! I called and some girl hung up on me twice! If you don't like your job quit! I hope management see this post!
My wife and I stopped in their for Valentines Day and the service was great, the food was excellent. We had the 2 for 25 dollar meals. We had the salads first then the entrees, marinate chicken and the steak. It was finished off with a piece of cheese cake. It was made well and was very tasty. I would recommend chilies in Michigan city. The price was good
We ordered 2 chicken fajita lunches online at 10:30, it said the earliest pick up was 11:45 ( this amount of time seemed crazy, even opening at 11 it shouldn't have taken this amount of time). I arrived at 11:40 and was told it was almost ready, at noon I spoke to a different woman and she looked it up and told them to put a rush on it, finally at 12:25 we had our food. I watched many take out orders leave in the 40 minutes that I stood there, no way did all of these people order before us. I don't know what was up with the long and unnecessary delay, but we will not be ordering from there again.
Went for lunch. Order a combo meal it was plenty of food. It took a little long for the food to get serve but over all an ok experience.I observed that management give employment opportunities to special people and give them an opportunity to be part of society. This is very commendable in my opinion.Thanks for giving everyone an opportunity.
