the worst hamburger I have ever eaten in my life, horrible presentation, super salty and bad taste, the wings just as salty and poorly cooked, bad attention from a person who I suppose is the manager, terrible service, the food is very bad, I would never go back to this place, although I didn't eat their bad burger they charged me for it. recommendation do not visit this place please

Waited 15 minutes for server to take drink order. Ordered drinks and appetizers. After 45 minutes and asking 3 times our appetizers came to the table cold. Still hadn't made our dinner order. Asked server to take back appetizers and take off bill and we were going to leave. Still had to pay for drinks after all that. Horrible service that night

Heading order to do with someone. When we got there the place said it was not ready at their previous desired time they said. Had to wait 15 minutes after the order has supposed to already have been ready then it took five more minutes when I went in to pick it up. The merchants seemed like they were confused but they were polite and considerate.

I just want to give a shout out to the staff at MC BW3. I placed an online order for pickup by 12:30 and it was ready before my pickup time.. the staff was great and friendly. The food was great and all of this despite being short staffed and working like crazy to fill orders.. keep up the good work ?

Terrible service, terrible food! Ordered food to go towards the end of our sit down meal and waited 35 minutes. Manager was rude and too busy flirting with a table of girls. Definitely won't be back!

The nachos are Huge and awesome tasting! I love how the wings are spun in sauce for that extra great taste! And tonight the waiter guy gave us large bowls of Ranch! I must say that was definitely a good way to please the table!

It was 12pm on a Saturday. The establishment was extremely disgusting. Just filthy. But, they were open and we ate there anyway. Food was ok. Nothing more than bar food. Clean the place. It may entice more patrons to return.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Michigan City, Indiana is a place I enjoy. It is remarkably clean, and I pay attention to these things always but especially during covid. The staff is always pleasant, they are present but not pushy, and the food is exactly what you would expect. They almost always have some sort of special going on. So if you like deals they regularly have those. They have a full bar, an array of beers, and cocktails. While they're light on the pour for cocktails, they are also light on the price. I enjoy sitting at the bar. They have televisions surrounding the place with all kinds of things to watch. Yet the volume isn't so loud you can actually talk to the person you came with.

You would think they would get management into this location that can actually make a positive change. You call multiple times and get hung up on or placed on hold for long periods of time only to be told they forget you’re on the phone. I call in one day to place an order. Got hung up on 3 times after asked “can you please hold?” Then finally after calling back again & placed on hold. I waited for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I drove into the Michigan City location with phone still in hand & on hold, to walk into an empty restaurant & no other customers at the counter. Why am I on hold still? Now I’ve wasted over 30 minutes just trying to place an order. Called in today only to be placed on hold for over 15 minutes. Called back with my daughters phone & was able to place an order right away with my other call still on hold. How does this makes any sense. Ask to speak with a manager. The manager Tim gets on the phone to make excuses & tells me he can see why it happens because he forgets people on calls all the time & explained how he just earlier forgot a man on hold! At this point it is not the regular staff that is at fault, it’s the management that cannot conduct the business in an orderly fashion with good customer service & cannot instill it into his staff if he doesn’t care or carry good customer service traits. Didn’t even get an apology or that they would work on doing better. I guess calling above him is the only way to get this resolved. We are not just talking about an every blue moon ordeal with this locations customer service issues. This is every time you try to dine in or place an order for carry out. It’s always something.

There was maybe 6 tables in there. Had to wait an hour for 20 wings.. The waitress was extremely rude.. did not come check on us very much. I had to get up 2 times to ask her for a drink and a box. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. When we got our wings they were cold. Will not go again.. portage or valpo is way better
