I ordered a plain 6 pack of burgers . They were not hot or steaming when I got them. The cost was a little over $5.56? . I gave her a five & some change. I was not given the paper with the cost on it nor any change back cause I gave her .75.Hope your experience is better than mine.
At night time they never get my order right. The young girl that's a manager & her name starts with an M***y.Yells and curses like it's your fault that your order is wrong & threatens to band you from the restaurant because your holding up her line and your orders always wrong. This restaurant manager is very unprofessional and I understand why a lot of ppl at my job stopped going there at night. They agreed that she is rude and unprofessional and probley high most of the time! Your staff is only as good as its leader.
Sliders no explanation needed
First time at a White Castle. Staff was very friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our 30 tasty little burgers. Service was much quicker than expected with the recent speed of other fast food establishments. We only made it through 20 burgers, I was under the impression they were smaller than they actually are. But they all tasted amazing, and we will be back next time we are in town!
Can't seem to count up sliders off a receipt as they put them in a bag! Spent over 30 dollars on food to get home to find out your employees can't count to 12! Prompt service means nothing if you can't bag it up right. I know most will say I should check my bags, but I shouldn't have too!
The woman who took the order was polite but kept messing up the order. We got the wrong drinks and 2 wrong sliders. The person who handed me the food dropped the bag into my lap instead of handing it and when I asked if there was anything else she rolled her eyes and shut the door.
Worst white castle sliders I have ever had. Fairly void of flavor. Fries tasted stale. I don't eat there very often but had the crave. Disappointed.

Was charged $18 for 3 sausage Patties, didn’t realize until I got home how much they charged for just 3 Patties. No bun, nothing but the patty.
