Went here with my husband and our daughter on his lunch break at 1pm today. I ordered his meal and the lady asked “anything else?” I said yes then started to order my meal and she said “hold on!” When she asked what else I wanted, I was ordering the same meal but a single combo and with a different drink. She said “so you don’t want the hi-c orange?” I said yes, but the second meal I want a single burger with a lemonade. She repeated my order back wrong and when I tried to correct it she had an attitude and blamed me for ordering incorrectly? She was pretty rude and I was on limited time so I just agreed to whatever she had on her screen. The whole order was incorrect and I didn’t get the chance to order for my 2 year old so I gave her my meal and went home and made lunch for myself. I knew the problem when I pulled to the payment window and the lady in the background who took my order was making popcorn and on her cell phone having a loud conversation. This is the only wendys I’ve ever encountered these problems, but we definitely won’t be stopping here ever again.

Absolute worst Wendy's I have ever stopped at. Service was horrendous! The people that were working there seem like they had no training and did not give a s*** about the customer.

The Manager Ms. Rachel was very understanding and helpful with a concern I had and her Assistant Manager (I did not get his name, unfortunately) did all they could to make the error correct and to my complete 100% satisfaction. These days, I appreciate a business that owns up to a mistake and works to fix it!!!! My Neighborhood Wendy's!!!

Really good caught um beginning of lunch everything was burn your tongue off fresh and delicious

Service is a little slower than usual but definitely worth going back to try other items on the menu ?

I think the picture speaks for itself on freshness. JUST opened this at 10:57am, was in the drive thru 10:32am.

Stopped here on our way home from Chicago. Prettiest burger I've ever seen.

Cold fries that they did replace.Room temperature sandwiches, hard old Burger patty.Barely sweet, sweet tea.Drinks were 3/4 full.

100% subpar. Waited 12min in drive thru for an old cold burger which was so dry it broke apart in pieces while trying to eat it. After 2 bites it was taken hone and given to the dogs with their dinner. I'm sure they rated it a 10. Ohh and the best part.. my $5 meal deal thing I ordered came with no reciept (becausethey were out of paper). And that evening a charge for $14 and some change showed up on my account from Wendy's. So not only was the food not edible they charged me almost 3x what my order was.

This for This restaurant and also to Wendy's corporate. Tried the new sausage egg and sausage biscuit. It is tasty. However this is tje fattiest and greasy sandwich I ever had. The sausage is dripping excessively with grease. The cheese is fatty. And the biscuit is fatty. This is a heart attack ready to happen.Firstly, the store should drain the fried sausage patty on a paper towel and pat the grease off. Secondly, with the greasiness of the biscuit, consider using a English muffin.Again it's cheap and tasty, but with the excessive grease, eat it at your risk to your heart.
