It was a hot day and the drive thru was packed so we went in to order and....it was a long line inside too. They were short staffed, with one lady working the register/counter herself and God bless her! She never had an attitude and gave great customer service. The wait was worth it to try the new strawberry frosty which is sooooo freakin good!!!! The food was piping hot and made exactly as I ordered it (no salt on the fries). The inside was nice and clean too. Will definitely return!
I like wendys, but I'll never go to this one again. Aside from the management being Extremely unprofessional, the staff isn't well trained. They don't know how to place orders for the items behind them on the menu so they make you use the app. They are uncapable of making the orders the placed correctly. Communication between management is terrible so they can't professionally correct the mistakes they've made. Never Again
I don’t know how they call themselves fast food. Avoid at all costs. Expect to wait over 10 minutes, even for the smallest orders. Employees are unfriendly and clearly unhappy. They do not greet or even acknowledge drivers waiting for pickups.
The grilled chicken sandwich was rubbery and squishy!!! It was totally disgusting!!! We emailed customer service and haven't gotten any reply. My fried chicken sandwich was ok at best. At least it wasn't squishy.
The salads are always fresh no matter when you order them. And I love the new fries.
Saturday night (3/19/2022)we had the best experience! It was 11:30 pm and had been to several places on Rt 30 & left bc the employees were rude. Here there was a very nice & professional lady working the drive thru, she was calm (even though her line was long) & was patient while we ordered dinner for a family of 5. The lady bringing out our food was also very nice. Our order was correct, hot & delicious! Thank you for the terrific service!
The wait wasn't bad at all, there was a lil bit of a line, but we got thru it pretty fast and food was good.
Decided to grab something to eat after work around 12:30 AM. I got a JBC and a drink. I ate the burger on my way home and noticed something tasted off. I powered through it a bit before giving up when I became nauseous. When I got home, I was sick several times before my stomach calmed down enough for me to think about what caused it. I don't think anything but the food caused it because it had been 9 hours since I'd eaten last.
The worst wendys ever! Everytime i sit in the drive through nobody ever takes your order. So waited about 10 mins for 1 person. After the 2nd person was waitin to take their order for 15 mins i had to leave. Wasted my whole lunch break and didnt even get lunch. If i could give no stars i would. Place is ran like a joke.
Early afternoon staff is very friendly and service is usually fast even though they are understaffed.
