Dirty as ever! They want you to use the Kiosk to order and it is cloudy with finger prints and looks like it has Coronavirus all over it! Floors are slippery from not being mopped and the bathroom isn't any better! Rude employees and one of them said, it's only 2 people back there so it's going to be a minute for their food and kept walking. Instead of politely informing customers. Horrible service and dirty establishment. SHUT THEM DOWN!
The drive thru was painfully slow but whoever was cooking the food this evening was a Taco Bell master. Best cooked beans and meat at a Taco Bell in years. The ratio of toppings was spot on. Great job to the cook! Normally the wait time would have demolished the rating - you saved it.

Ordered a nacho frie, went to the window to pay, she told me they were out of fries. I asked “why couldn’t you tell me that as I was ordering”?. No response. She took off 2 dollars, gave me everything else that was apart of the nacho frie box. She handed me the bag and said thank you. Five minutes in the drive realizing she didn’t give me the drink that came with the meal box. Went home took out the “hard shell” taco, as soon I touched the taco I thought she game me a soft shell, but no extremely soggy hard shell taco. Lost my appetite for the night. Thanks.
This location use to be awesome, the staff was always friendly and food was always fresh, last few times I've gone here they told me they were only taking Doordash orders, your a brick and mortar business....why are you letting your staff turn away customers?Then to avoid this problem I order online ahead of time, food is never done when I get there, and when I get to the speaker they insist they are out of beef, or chicken or whatever else, then I say no I have an online order then they scoff because they have to make it
NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!You can eat inside, again. Expect the manager is not managing….the dining area walking in you stick to spills on floor. EVERY table is filthy and the next person sits down, just like we did. Not busy inside either there was 3 couples the whole time. So the filth was ongoing not just happened. The trash is overflowing at straw/napkin area. Again did NOT just happen. And lastly hope you are not technically challenged. ONLY option is to use kiask, they DO NOT take your order inside.The nastiness is a obvious sign of poor management. Good ones need to come in to train existing ones or cut them loose.
Horrible place to try and work with. As a gig worker, I'll tell you this place is not good for business. They're open, it's 9pm and the lobby is locked, employees inside (with kids) but, nobody responded at the drive thru. Made me stand in the rain for my order.
I visit Taco Bell locations anytime I’m hungry and this location was the worst I’ve ever come across.Not only did they have breakfast still advertised on the menu at 8pm instead of the deluxe boxes, but they forgot to include one of my burritos I ordered and every single piece in what they did include was sloppy sloppy sloppy. Wow. So much mess. Overly stuffed and without any respect to my meal at all.
If I could rate this location a -2 I would. Horrible attitudes, couldn't even complete orders without issues, and manager was a massive issue. Terrible customer service. Missing a bunch of items from our orders and the food looks so gross we just threw it away what a waste of money just go to Wendy's down the road. Don't waste your money and time.
Chicken quesedilla was barely filled. Half had a touch of sauce and a few tiny pieces of chicken, the other half was moderately filled. Very disappointing. They've underwhelmingly offered to replace the item, hence the 2 stars, instead of 1.
