The staff is rude. They do not make drinks to order. I asked her if it had Carmel in it and she stated ya it just sank to the bottom. Lied to my face. Very disappointed. I thought Starbucks was very particular about who they hired. Literally the worst Starbucks customer service I’ve ever had. I’ll continue to wait in line at the merrillville location where the staff is amazing! I always wondered why they had a line… now I know!

First they do away with the salted caramel mocha and now this particular location didn't have toffee nut syrup. I'm going to quit going. Not everyone like pumpkin
