When my husband put his phone w app out the window and began to ask the Barista a question, the male barista with grey in beard held his hands up. In the rudest tone, he said "IF YOU WOULD JUST STOP LONG ENOUGH TO LET ME EXPLAIN..." ? MEOW! Hisssss......My husband, stunned told him we aren't interested in the order at this point. The crabby barista shut the glass window hard, as he turned away. DISRESPECTFUL BARISTA ALERT at Merrillville Starbucks! Paying to be abused? The Merrillville Starbucks at 725 81st St. is the Ed Debevic's of coffee and latte drinks. ?
Went through drive thru, got 2 drinks.Caramel ribbon crunch, and a normal coffee with extra cream, and extra sugar.Got the Caramel drink quick, which was nice, but the normal coffee.... actually took a long time and once I got it, it was luke warm with lots of cream, but no sugar...Tasted it, bleh, stirred it thinking there's sugar at the bottom, gulp, nope.Friendly staff though.
Best Starbucks around! New to the area and was a frequent stopper at my hometown Bux. I've been on a mission to find the perfect starbucks to remind me of home since moving here and finally found it! Staff is always so polite and makes my drink perfect every time. Love this store!!
I have been noticing my coffee has not been made correctly. I have been getting it remade. But, how many times do I have to keep getting my coffee remade? That's why I giving this location 2 stars.
I was on my way to an event for work today, but needed a little extra perk in my step this morning. Luckily, it was not hard to find a Starbucks in the area to give me the juice I need. I wanted some simple, so I opted for the coconut milk latte. The sweetness of the plant-based milk paired with the bitter tones of the espresso make this an easy staple for anyone out and about who just needs a pick-me-up.

Bad customer service! Don't go inside, drive thru is the primary focus. Shouldn't take 20 mins for a drink! Cancelled my order and walked out. That was even a task!
