Great family/friendly restaurant...the staff is very kind and respectful..the food is great and always hot upon arrival...Sophia's is always very clean. I highly recommend this place.
It was wonderful the food was delicious the wait was long only because it was Mother's day so it was pretty packed. But once all 9 of us got seated it wasn't bad. My one daughter had to go to work so she ordered before us so she could eat before she had to leave... which they got her food to her in enough time for her to enjoy it. BUT PLUS! Everyone was working their tails off and did amazing. Did was served hot and waitresses were very polite. So we thank you all for s very pleasant mothers day. ? ?
Decided to try the Merrillville location for Mother's Day - our server was amazing and she was on top of everything. Big portions and yummy and price friendly. Definitely will becoming back.
Stupendous. If I lived here I would come almost every weekend. My son and I kept raving about how incredibly good our food was. The menu is huge, pages of tasty delights. I had the French breakfast adding in the apple cinnamon French toast and my son had a Belgian waffle with glazed strawberries. They have both, glazed out of a can and fresh berries. Bacon and eggs were perfection as was the coffee. Service was impeccable, fast, and friendly. Best breakfast I've had in a long while.
First visit and although the portions are large and the service was wonderful; the food mediocre at best. The butter never even melted on my French toast and everything else was lukewarm.
really great pancakes! the pancakes seemed like they were going to float away ☁️. very good customer service from entry to exit. Alexis was the best server I've had in nearly a decade ?. very reasonably priced and good portions. it was busy when i went at 1 pm on a Thursday. so, be prepared. i recommend and will return!
Nice food was good waitress was west on the eyes lol, and she was good on top of the concerns from the tables she was assigned which was more then 4... So yes kudos to Sophia's pancake House
