Overall Great experience, I just won't ever understand when paying over $11 each time for a 32oz smoothie is an issue to get all the mix that was prepared for my drink..?I mean I guess it's a better idea just to wash it down the drain I suppose.?!?... yall REALLY need to work on this area of the process.! If it was made, give it away!!??♂️???♂️Stop wasting it!!???♂️Also wasn't a friendly atmosphere either.. 5/29/23 maybe it was just one of those days... thanks anyways God bless.
Yesterday was a bright, sunny day that felt like winter was finally over. Whether that's true or not, I felt compelled to swing by and pick up a smoothie on the way home. Luckily, Smoothie King was right on the way. I was feeling something closer to a treat, so I went with the Nutty Super Grain, one of their vegan options. Peanut butter and banana are such a perfect pairing, it was hard to resist. The smoothie is made with cocoa, almond milk, an apple juice blend, and a plant-based protein. On a warm day, that is a fantastic option to have.
I ordered a Caribbean Way, yogurt was not an ingredient but it just tastes like yogurt! On my way to Jamba juice...
Employees acted inconvenienced to make 2 shakes for me, even after i tipped them $10.
Service was very slow starting from just trying to order a smoothie...wont be back to this location

A lady and i walked into the establishment at the same time. We waited for over 10 mins and nobody came into the front to take our order. We heard talking in the back and even asked for assistance. Nobody came out. What a shame. The Saint John and schererville locations are very professional. This one not so much. I use to go daily every morning before work. I will not return and I advise anyone that values there time not to as well.

I have been going here for a while now. Each time it is not managed well, either they have no ice(needed to make smoothies) ?. Or no one is happy to be a work. But today just took the cake. Went and sign on door says card only, no cash ??. Ok that's weird it is usually the other way around. But the weirdest of it all, all of their prices were covered. When I asked why cashier replied oh we are changing prices anyway so we just covered them up for no confusion. Wait what I am really confused now. Ended up paying $20 for 2 smoothies. Get it together please.
